    The greatest generic, greasy and cheap pizza around. I mean, I order it from Doordash and it's $10 for a XXL pizza with toppings at $2.50 a pop. Better than a Chef Boy-Ar-Dee pizza kit yet not as good as CiCi's best when it comes to cheap pizza.

    bangin new york style pizza for a great price, and open basically 24/7. not much more you can ask for! was thoroughly impressed with the service we got at 3 am. total hole in the wall feel inside but thats how you know its gonna be good.

    After a late night down in Southside, we wanted some quick and easy food. The classic spot for our group to stop at is Sal's Pizzeria, probably because it is one of the only places still open at 1 am. When we got there, there was a line basically out of the store of all of the college kids coming out of the bars looking for some food. When we got to the front of the line, the only pizza they had was a pepperoni pizza that just came out of the oven, so I ordered two slices of it and it was around $9 total. The pizza itself was kinda oily and very doughy, It also tasted as if it hadn't been cooked through all the way, which wasn't very pleasant. The restaurant itself was very chaotic, but the cook's did very well under pressure having 20 college kids shouting for food. This definitely wouldn't be my first choice pizza spot in Pittsburgh or restaurant to come eat at, but this was the best that we could get at 1 am so its hard to complain. I'm curious if seeing if there are any other places open this late in the southside as well.

    Good pizza but definitely could've been better. I've had much better pizza in my life, but for Pittsburgh it was very good. However I ordered a pepperoni and banana peppers. The banana peppers fell off very easily and did not feel thoroughly bakes through. The staff was not willing to cooperate with me and my requests. However the pizza was very good so I can understand why they would not. They probably feel as if they're better than others. The ambience was OK just a normal place and southside. However a little over a whole very mad yeah. I would give it a three out of five stars. for more further reviews follow @gbennieats on Instagram.

    PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED BY A PIZZA Y'all... the audacity... this is supposed to be bbq chicken pizza... there's chicken scraps on it if anything at all. Thin layer of chz... and horrible tasting bbq sauce squirted on top. Common man I don't order out often but we have company and what else can a group of 5+ get full from? Take out! Not this. We all tried a piece and highly disappointed. $30 down the drain and hungry company still

    After a night out on the South Side, this is the place to be. Foldable slices that are so greasy good. There's usually 6+ different types of pizza to chose from and it's $3.50 per slice. Cash only- there's an ATM on-site. My sober self wouldn't visit Sal's (clean it up!), but I can enjoy it for what it is.

    Spinach "roll"? Aka gooey dough filled with soggy canned spinach & rubbery cheese. It tastes as good  as it sounds and looks.

I ate 6 of the 8 slices while my daughter ate two along with her pepperoni roll. My daughter enjoyed her roll but did wish it had more cheese. My wife enjoyed her meatballs. They give you 4 and are a decent size. She was only able to eat 3. The Bianca slice is a healthy thick slice. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Driftwood. The service was OUTSTANDING (Remi). The food was good. We ended up staying 20 minutes past closing and didn't notice any change in customer service. This place is definitely worth a shot.

This shop will cook your pizza half cooked, as a lot of people like. We like ours well done cooked even longer than maybe the traditional cook time so we always request that. When my son went to pick up our pizza it was already sitting on the counter it had not been 15 since minutes since the order was placed. When he grabbed the box it was kinda wet on the bottom of box so we don't know if they set it on the counter on top of something ,but it was more than just extra sauce and onions that made the soggy like they assumed. We tried to recook it and when we took the pizza out of the box all the cardboard inside of the box was wet like something had been literally poured inside the box. I could barely get it out because it was so soggy it was falling apart. We live less than 5 minutes driving time so it was not from steam and cooking it more once we got home did not help it was that wet.. I have never seen pizza that soggy. I had my son call and they did not offer anything except advice on not to order onions or extra sauce when its humid out. We would have like a re-cooked pizza and to return the one we had especially since we had company. It was too wet to pick up a slice and inedible. So, if the owners see this maybe they'd like to somehow rectify it because now I have to start my grill to feed my company. Furthermore, if a customer orders extra sauce and onions on a pizza that.we are asking to be cooked well done an your only job is to cook pizza, you should advise the customer that it won't be crisp. We've ordered it that way before.. and as I said this was far beyond just soggy it was literally wet..and the 2 that ventured to eat it ,now have a stomach ache. It was most certainly undercooked and so wet it couldn't even be rebaked.
