If I could I would do 0 stars, today I went to tan at a local tanning salon that was near by seeing as I'm in town for a wedding. I was finishing a phone call before entering and while I was waiting a staff member in a floral shirt propped the front door of the establishment open and proceeded to smoke her electric cigarette. She did it 3 times while I was in my vehicle. I personally think that's very distasteful and disrespectful to customers. It also gives perfect tan a bad look. I unfortunately declined the business I felt that, that was very unprofessional to do, especially that many times in a duration on 15 minutes in front of an actively open salon. read more

I've been going here for about 4 years now. Finally thought to do a review. This is the only red-light/tanning place I will go to. I use the red-light therapy bed daily which has done wonders to my skin. Occasionally I use the tanning bed when I feel like I'm getting too pale. Both locations are great and friendly. However, If you go to the one by the mall be careful in the premium beds as they will burn you! I was disappointed that I got burned so I didn't get full use out of my membership for the month. Yes I went the 8 minutes as suggested and distill burned completely on my back side, I already had a base tan, was using other beds and also at the beach. It was extremely strong bed. read more

I had a "monthly subscription" (spray tan) for my daughter (she does competitive cheer) for about 1 1/2 years. She used it maybe 10 times if that over that time period, as it is only used if she had an event. When first establishing this "monthly subscription" I told them that because my daughter would only use the tanning 1 time a month (if that) that she would need to get double sprayed. In the past it was never an issue, unfortunately today while in there they told me that it was NO longer allowed unless I paid an additional $7. So today I paid a total of $57 for 1 tan. My daughter has had a total of 2 tans within the last 6months, I've been paying and haven't used it, as it's been her "off season". You would think that they would see that in their system and not charge me the addition monies to get sprayed twice. What a shame!! Where's the customer service? Also, after paying the additional $7 today my daughter is NOT tan, looks like they sprayed her with the clear as I politely asked for the dark. It's important for her to be dark as it's for a performance. I guess it's a GOOD thing I cancelled my subscription here and I will NEVER be back. This picture was taken 12 hours after her tan. Perfect tan is always above and beyond with customer service I have never had any issues and today was no different. I didn't get to use much of my first month of my tanning due to the covid close down and just wanting to be safe so I put my next month on hold the following month. Think you know tanning salons??? Think again!! Perfect Tan is breaking all the rules, by not only making tanning exciting but making it healthy and helpful! The staff is friendly, helpful and most importantly not trying to sell you on anything or shove products in your face. My first time in they gave me a full tour, showed me the beds, the options, and I felt like it was first class customer service. I don't live close to Perfect Tan, and there are probably 10 salons between me and them but I am going to drive right past them to get to PT its worth the effort! I strongly stand behind the VersaSpa system and after moving to Temecula I researched salons who carried it. After reading all of the great yelps I decided Perfect Tan is my spot! Let me tell you, I am beyond impressed. The staff is extremely nice and has great customer service. If you have any issues with the machines or need assistance they are happy to help minus the attitude which you usually see from tanning salon employees. The salon is also beautiful with a great waiting area and extremely clean rooms and machines. The best part about Perfect Tan? The price!! With such a beautiful salon you would expect it to be extremely pricey like their competitors (*cough* iTan *cough* cough*). My go-to spot for years! The girls here are so sweet and there is never a long wait, if any at all. When you make an appointment they literally have everything to go for you the second you walk in. And my favorite day is Wednesdays, half off spray tans! Last month they had a free tan day and you literally went in and did any tanning service for free. What a great place! I remember this place opening up when I was in high school and I'm glad it's still around and still growing. I'll still always prefer a natural tan by the pool during summer, but for the winter months, this place will have you covered! My fiancé comes here on a ritual basis and I've only been with her a few times, but the staff has always been very polite and the waiting room is pretty comfortable if you need to bring people with you. If it is busy, they can tell you from what time to what time which allows for more efficient personal scheduling.
