They have one of the tastiest chicken sandwiches around. Great portion size and the chicken is so tender and crispy, exactly what you want in a chicken sando. Relish has an online ordering system which is great for order ahead service and there's tons of sitting room both inside and outside to grab your food and hang out. I've had their Smashburger, but I felt it was a little too burnt - maybe just an off day as people seem to like it. I'd consider giving it another go. The chicken sandwich and tots are what keep bringing me back although the price is a little steep with $21+ for a sandwich and a side of tots. All in all, a great local spot to stop in for a yummy meal.

Seat belts everyone, ride on the Magic Food Bus!!!…read more This is an exciting review for me to write, because I love watching businesses find success and growth over time. Magic Food Bus is a great example. Their business was exactly as the name indicates, a food truck in a converted school bus! Like c'mon how freakin' cool. Fast forward and now they are one of the staple food stalls in the impressive Relish Food Hall and Pickleball. For starters, this place needs to be added to your list. The space itself is stunning, spacious, and extremely well thought out. When it comes to the food, husband and wife duo Gary and Ashley are cranking out food that they love to make. They make a mean mean burger, but today I'll talk about the two items I've had from my visits. Messy Italian ($12) // Louisville local old style sausage patty, roasted poblano, mozzarella, provolone, marinara, toasted pretzel bun. This was a special (just FYI) but I would advocate for it making a more regular appearance on the menu! This is an old school Italian deli sandwich that you won't find too many people making. It was the perfect Colorado-Italian home style bite that I absolutely devoured. Hot Chicken ($16.50) // brined and fried chicken breast, signature hot sauce, duke's mayo, dill pickles, toasted brioche bun. This was hands down one of the crispiest chicken sandwiches I've ever had! In a sea of chicken sammies, this one stands out. It was crispy, juicy, and spicy. I would argue that I would actually like to see the sauce even hotter, but that's a personal preference! If you had this side by side with your favorite fast food sandwich you'd pick this one 10 times out of 10. There's a lot of TLC put into every sandwich they create. It's evident upon each bite. Hop on the MF Bus for a craveable and addictive meal!!!

The veggie combo platter was disappointing. It consisted of two falafel that were hard as rocks and two grape leaves that were just OK. The rest of the plate consisted of some hummus, some baba ganoush, a good bit of parsley salad, and about half the plate of white rice. She also brought some pita bread. So, most of the plate was filler. I've been to other restaurants that were much more giving of the substance of a veggie plate. My friend had already ordered a serving of grape leaves, so I was quite full of that. In fact, the appetizer was more satisfying than the plate, which cost double what the appetizer did. My friend didn't seem very impressed with her gyro sandwich. Although the lunch was disappointing, I remembered that the baklava was made with pistachios, so I convinced my friend to order a piece, which we shared. We both thought it was the best baklava we'd ever had. I think the owner ought to open a bakery and sell that baklava. If her recipe is that good, I'd bet other pastries would be great, as well. But unless she gives more falafel and grape leaves plus more to eat on a veggie plate than so much rice, it's not worth the menu price. I think the only reason I'd go back would be for the baklava.

Upon entering, we were immediately greeted and seated. Our server quickly took our orders and provided us with complimentary bread. I ordered the pappardelle Bolognese, and it was absolutely delicious. The perfectly seasoned Bolognese sauce was thick and made from San Marzano tomatoes. A hearty and hefty amount of meat was also mixed into the sauce, all pairing perfectly with the thick pappardelle pasta. The sauce was so perfect and delicious, I even took the left-over sauce home to plate on my own pasta. I would highly recommend Parma Trattoria for authentic and delicious Italian food.

Not only did she up sell a fantastic bottle of red, but she was consistently engaged with taking and filling pick up orders. Parm Management needs to make up their minds: Be a Takeout Joint or Bar. The Bar's too small for both. But worse, I ordered Formaggi (Cheese): Bufala Mozzarella (Buffalo) | Fior di Latte Mozzarella (Cow) | Pecorino (Sheep) | Burrata (Cow). I even mentioned looking forward to sampling ALL the Mozzarella AT A "MOZZARELLA BAR" What I got, only had two Mozzarella cheeses. When I asked why, I was told that, "The chef puts whatever he wants on the plate!" I was told the same story about the music: When a certain manager is there, he plays music. When he's not there, they play nothing audible. So the food was good, service was good, and atmosphere was ok. I may return to checkout a new bar

The ingredients were super fresh, and they had a good variety of sandwiches to choose from. The shop is small, but has a few tables both inside and outside. We ate outside and I appreciated that when eating in, they plate everything and have reusable water cups. The staff was friendly and pleasant. Overall, a really nice experience and a solid stop for a sandwich!

So many places just use cheap cuts of meat and processed everything. I love the freshness and quality that Organic Sandwich Company brings to their menu. They have some unique concoctions for their sandwiches and offer a lot of variety especially for those with dietary restrictions. I've tried a bunch of their menu items but sometimes just a simple turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo sandwich on French bread does the trick. Really nice people working there and this location is quaint, but lovely. I especially love their little herb garden box out front greeting you with a refreshing aroma as you walk through the door. I'll always support this business doing it right and feeding the community wholesome, delicious food.
