They have one of the tastiest chicken sandwiches around. Great portion size and the chicken is so tender and crispy, exactly what you want in a chicken sando. Relish has an online ordering system which is great for order ahead service and there's tons of sitting room both inside and outside to grab your food and hang out. I've had their Smashburger, but I felt it was a little too burnt - maybe just an off day as people seem to like it. I'd consider giving it another go. The chicken sandwich and tots are what keep bringing me back although the price is a little steep with $21+ for a sandwich and a side of tots. All in all, a great local spot to stop in for a yummy meal.

They make a mean mean burger, but today I'll talk about the two items I've had from my visits. This was a special (just FYI) but I would advocate for it making a more regular appearance on the menu! This is an old school Italian deli sandwich that you won't find too many people making. This was hands down one of the crispiest chicken sandwiches I've ever had! In a sea of chicken sammies, this one stands out. It was crispy, juicy, and spicy. I would argue that I would actually like to see the sauce even hotter, but that's a personal preference! Just an overall miss for me. Last, if you happen to be dining in, you can use a bathroom (with a code) but it's a block away in a parking garage. Sandwich was the Tail Dragger sandwich (Black Forest ham, oven-roasted turkey, pastrami, salami, Swiss, provolone, and mayo on sourdough) along with Jalapeño Beer Cheese soup. The sandwich was spot on, well toasted with a satisfying crunch, melty cheese, and layers of flavor in every bite. The soup was equally impressive: rich, cheesy, and savory with just the right amount of jalapeño kick without being overpowering. There was a fairly large group of older / retired folks who had just ordered when I arrived. Whether they were waiting on a charter flight or this is a regular Wednesday gathering, the place had a fun atmosphere. Despite the crowd and several pending orders, my food came out faster than expected. As an added bonus, the Vegas Golden Knights' jet was parked on the tarmac, which was very cool to see. This place reinforces my theory that FBOs and semi-private airports often have some of the best hidden gem diners and bistros, places usually known only to flight crews and private pilots. Definitely worth the stop.

From ordering to eating was about ten minutes. If you find yourself in Rocky Mountain Airport, give this little place a try. I think you'll enjoy it as much as my wife and I did.

She was very nice but also very absent. I think she may have been working the patio as well, but the other servers inside seemed to be much more attentive to their tables. The food was quite good. I enjoyed the Chicken Fried Steak and eggs quite a bit. I was a little disappointed by the spartan amount of sausage gravy and I asked for the poached eggs medium (firm white and runny yolks), but as in every restaurant, they served be extremely runny whites and yolks. The biggest turn off, however, was the 2% "Operational charge" on the bill. Boulder County now has a minimum wage for tipped employees at $16.82 as well as the expectation of a 20% tip, yet restaurants have the gall to charge these additional fees so that their customers, not the business support their employees. Raise the prices of your products by 2% to cover operational costs like any other business. It is very off-putting to ask your customers to pony up additional funds separately to support your business. When I see these add on charges I will not be supporting your business in the future.
