This place offers a truly unique experience...healthy classes in the "salt cave" experience. Danial, one of the yoga instructors, is beyond exceptional. His classes are fun, upbeat, and professionally organized to meet everyone's needs. He is a real class act. I would have given it a "5 star" review however I think the prices are too high when purchasing time in the salt rooms. Recently they increased their prices without informing anyone they were doing so. I just showed up one week to take class and the cost per class had been increased by $2! That's quite an increase without any warning. Elida is a very warm and friendly person who works the front desk. The owners are very European and take pride in their work. Worried a bit about the yoga mats they use - they state they are cleaned nightly, but you all know how that goes. If you do not clean your own mat after use, how can you be SURE it is being done at the end of the evening. Plus how many others have used that mat, that day prior to you using it? All in all a great place albeit slightly pricey. read more

Had an intro yoga class in the Himalayan salt room...I felt like I can feel the effects immediately. The ground can get a little tricky as you are standing on 5 inches of pink Himalayan salt. I appreciate the room. It's a beautiful place to practice yoga. read more

I came her due to my anxiety and high stress. I was treated with respect and staff was knowledgeable about the salt oasis. I like the cave and at first wasn't sure what to expect. Only recommendation is that I wish the music was a little louder. I can hear people from lobby area so it was a distraction of me trying to relax. Also one lady was snoring so it was only drawbacks. It was my first time here so I didn't really know what to expect. I have really bad seasonal allergies and congestion. They were able to schedule an appointment for me last minute and with one session I can already feel a huge difference in my breathing (I don't feel as congested as I did going in). The staff was very professional and courteous. The only suggestion I have is maybe not turn the lights on without warning and the other is not to knock so loudly on the door when the session has ended. It would be nice to keep that feeling of relaxation going after the session has ended. Overall I had a great experience and I am looking forward to my next session! read more

I had such a great experience. The staff was so kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. My sister took me to try out this new trend for my sinus problems and I loved it. I was so relaxed and my sinuses improved with just one session. It cleared my stuffy nose and phlegm,plus, my headache went away. I wish I lived close by to go once a week, but, unfortunately I live an hour away. Please open one in Glendale. The closes one to me is not the same as Salt Oasis. Went with my daughter for my Birthday gift. I left there more stressed than when I arrived. There was a person snoring loudly the entire time and we could not enjoy the experience. We ended up walking out early followed by a couple other guests. I spoke to the employees stating why we were leaving early and they said sorry we can't promise there wouldn't be snoring and offered us a glass of water. When the other guests came out the employee said wow everyone's leaving early, I said gee I wonder why?! They didn't care that a majority of the guests were dissatisfied over one guest. My one star is for the yearly membership. Buyer beware. My wife purchased a year membership that I did not use because of ongoing surgeries and medical issues. Tried to cancel and no one at Salt Oasis bothered to email/call back. I guess no one had the time to reach out to me to discuss. Very disappointing. After several attempts to cancel, staff member was very matter of fact and only cared about the contract. Never even asked why I did not use nor want the membership. Never mind I did not use it at all. If this business was committed and dedicated to therapy as they say, my thought is if you have a member that has not used your services after 6 months, it would be reasonable to at least find out why. read more

I have been in a lot pain due to work so I have been trying to find local massage therapists to help with my backaches and wrist pain. I had initially bought a Living Social Deal with Massages by Laurelle for this place. I had bought one for me and my mom for her birthday. At first, it was difficult to book an appointment for me and my mom at the same time and due to all my pain I was easily frustrated. HOWEVER, once it was booked, and I came in for my appointment, I am 100% relieved that I came to Laurelle. We arrived early for our massages, and made use of the Salt Cave Rooms, which helped us relax. But then on to my massage therapist, Laurelle is amazing !!!! I could not have asked for a better therapist. I had been having weeks and weeks of pain, unable to move my right wrist. But when she worked on my back and she hit pressure points, her massage relieved so much pain. I am beyond words because there have been many deals that I have obtained thru the Groupon and Living Social deals; some times they do not offer you the full massage because of the lower price; BUT with Laurelle, she made sure that the massage was fully done. First time visitor. It was relaxing until i was awaken by children running around and talking loud in the room next to me. There were at least two children whining and talking loudly and running back and forth and bumping against the wall back and forth as if they were playing tag. Unlike other health wellness experiences, my treatment started immediately with out prep or post treatment (changing into different clothes, etc.) The owners and staff are professional, courteous and ensure your comfort at all times! They also take the time to explain what makes their salt rooms special and beneficial. The Salt Cave is thoughtfully designed with details like a galactic like ceiling and special water features/towers. Within minutes of sitting in the zero gravity chair in the Salt cave, I was able to inhale without nasal congestion. I also experienced their other treatment where you sit with a eye mask in a zero gravity chair that gently swings while filtered air is being directed towards your nose and listening to meditative guide to breathing on earphones. After the treatment, my focus seemed sharper and I felt more present. I noticed how inclusive and non-invasive salt therapy treatments were - children and elders were participating. This will be a repeat self-care experience for me! And they carry wellness products from Poland and unique salt home therapy products in addition to the ubiquitous lamp. Went here with my boyfriend and we had a great time. We went in the cave room with the small waterfall and salt floor. It was amazing! I had a headache going in and didn't have it coming out. I fell asleep within minutes of being in the room. It is a very peaceful and relaxing experience. The only thing is that it's a bit pricey for the amount of time you get if you're not a first time visitor. We paid $39 each for 50 mins because it was our first time but I believe the regular price is $20 more for a regular session. Other than that I definitely recommend going here. read more
