I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer memberships and package deals. If I lived here you know I would be there all the time! They also have massages, infrared sauna's and more. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. Right after the initial cut and color she proceeded to blow dry and curl my hair. I had to ask her to straighten it so I could see the cut. I had to ask her to cut more layers. My hair is thick and if it's cut all one length it looks poofy. Now that it's grown out it all looks one length. I would go back for color because my color came out perfect but maybe try another stylist for cut.

I was able to book same day for the kids room for both of my kiddos and I have to say it was a great experience. We felt super welcomed by the staff and the owner, Felicia. The kids room is filled with toys and books for the kids to play with but honestly they are so in awe of the salt that's all they wanted to play with when we had our session. It was really cool. The kids really loved the experience and even begged to go back as soon as we were done. I do want to return and get a couples massage with my husband in the future. They even do salt during massage sessions and I heard it's lovely. We are still waiting on the benefits of the experience as both my kids are still battling their coughs but I am sure we would see a difference after a few sessions. We shall return :)

After my session I was introduced to Felicia the owner. What a gem of a human. She is not only passionate about creating a great space for her customers I noticed how kind she also was to her staff. I did not have the time to try the infrared sauna or a massage session but I'll definitely be back. Oh, and I look forward to doing a salt yoga session if I'm ever in town on a Thursday night. They day before the appointment, the owner called to cancel because their salt filter "had been stolen". Later in the phone call, she said it was because it wasn't working. Sketchy. I asked for a refund of my "hold fee" and was told it would be credited the next day. It's been nearly 6 months - I've attempted to call and email the owner multiple times and she avoids talking with me, leaving her poor employees to divert the call. I am so disappointed in this experience. Owners, please resolve. I would love to change this review because it is the only ONE-star review I've ever given!
