The flavor was well balanced, and it was a good smooth non-acidic coffee We found it to be a creamier fragrant brew, not a darker roasty flavor. It had a lightly malty sweetness and nuttiness, characteristic of its blend of Brazilian arabica, robusta, and hybrid beans. They have different blends from time to time. However, we visited on Mother's Day weekend so maybe there were more folks (including us ) in the area than normal.
