Secondly, we ordered truffle fries and the waiter brings us regular fries and then when we tell him we had asked for truffle fries he proceeds to lie and say that those are truffle fries. Steak Salad $16 - Steaks were tender with good flavor. I'm not sure it went that well on top of the salad, but they were good. Unfortunately, the service was not good today. It was not busy at all and it took our server 20 minutes just to get our drinks. Then we had to ask him if we could get some bread. Our server had a really bad attitude and seemed to be upset about something. The food came out, but the steak had very little flavor, this is not the taste I was hoping for. For all the ranting and raving my husband did about this place I expected better. The bread was OK not the best I've ever had. I asked for my steak medium and really when I got it it looked well. The center was medium but the outside was so burnt crispy it over rode the juiciness of the middle. I didn't know steaks could be so crunchy my husband said I should have complained but if I had then by the time I got a replacement everyone at the table would have been done eating. The ambiance was good the music was good. Really I'm not ready to rush back. The service was good, our server did his best refilling drinks and checking on us. I might go and try again but definitely not the steak. I'm not keen on trying to stomach more burnt steak. read more

Had a really nice dinner with the family at this location. It was our first time here and turned out to be a pleasant experience. The county fried steak was delicious, I had about half left and brought it home. Not as good when reheated. My wife had the BBQ shrimp brochettes and they too were very good. Most places the kids meals ate lacking any real value, not here. My kids had sliders, chicken tenders and shrimp. They enjoyed them. We will be back next time we want something better than the average casual restaurant but not exactly fancy. Great service! read more

I placed an order online at the Pasadena, TX location and arrived at the time that it said that it would be done. Ten minutes after when it was supposed to be done the manager, Christian, asked if he could help me. I told him that i was waiting on my order and he went to check on it. He came with my order and said that he had to pack it up himself. When I got back to work with my order, I discovered that I did not have everything that I ordered. I called the restaurant and after staying on hold for 18 minutes, I spoke with the manager who said that he would refund me for the items that I didn't receive. I never recieved a refund and I have since called the General Manager, Kim five different times to discuss this matter and she will not return my phone calls read more
