Once my phone came i had to go back to the store to activate my phone and Corissa helped me, I believe that's her name. She was helpful and even got me to purchase a Google watch to avoid this from happening again. The first time I went in I waited about 5 to 10 minutes to get help the 2nd time I went in I received service right away. You have to go on days and times where it's not too busy or you'll be waiting a long time. Overall I had a good experience and will go back to this store if I need help.

The woman appeared to be around 24 years old, and the man appeared to be around 40. I came in to explain my situation and get help, but the representative did not seem to pay attention to me or understand what I was explaining. She was looking outside and appeared distracted while I was trying to explain my problem. The other employee who was with her also made the situation more confusing instead of helping me understand what was happening. I left feeling even more confused and frustrated than when I arrived. I honestly don't understand how this level of customer service is acceptable. When a customer comes in with a problem, they should be listened to, treated respectfully, and given clear information. I expected much better from T-Mobile. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training.

The had a nice selection it sounded like over the phone. A few Iphone 4's, 5's, and 5S's. And, prices seemed really reasonable. But I never made it down to their shop. I made due with an older phone i had stowed away in a drawer. This time I needed my glass screen fixed on my other iphone 5. I love my Iphone 5. I dropped it within the first few weeks I had it. It survived the drop pretty well, only had one minor crack on the front glass. But, Ive been living with this blemish for a long while. Then, just recently I closed the hood of my car on the phone! Arg! DOH! it was pretty much toast. broken glass everywhere (you know the song) And, the bits of glass would get all in my fingers. So, being the cheapskate that I am, I bought a repair kit and parts on ebay. I did a fairly good job switching out the LCD screen, but got to a part in the process, where things weren't quite working correctly, took it apart again, and it just got more complicated. It turns out I broke a few other things in the process. Phone ended up totally not working. Bummer. So, I called these guys and they were willing to have me bring it in right away and have it completed within the same day. I couldn't believe it. I brought it in at about 3-4pm and they had it completely and working properly by 7pm! And, it works great and everything functions properly. I am VERY pleased with their service and can't recommend these guys enough! Pricing was VERY reasonable and service was quick. $90 to replace the screen. Checked it out before on Bay Street and a vendor there wanted $150! Also, another $30 for the other part that I ripped. $120 out the door. Great price. Better than the Bay Street vendor. They also have unlocked phones. Smartest thing you can do is buy an unlocked phone and put it on a cheaper network! save some dough. cheapskate over and out!

We are an elderly couple and we own two older Mac desktop computers. These computers contain many…read moredocuments, photographs, videos, and music that we had been unable to access for years. Daniel came to our home and explained how he might be able to transfer all of our material to a new external hard drive. So as not to give us false hope, he told us that sometimes older files are unable to transfer to newer devices because of incompatible formats but that he thought there was a good chance he would be successful. We felt Daniel's fees were reasonable and decided to give it a try. Three days later, we got the surprise of our lives. Daniel found a way to recapture the words, photos and music that are so precious to us. He also taught us how to access the material to print out/view/and listen to on our new computer. We are so delighted to see old photographs again, listen to favorite music from the 1950s through the 1970s, and hear the voices of our parents who we recorded many years ago. Daniel's service includes picking up and returning the computers. He also showed us how to label things correctly, create new files, and adjust the audio properly.
