When I eat here I get one of every pupusas they have to offer, which are chicken, beans, cheese and pork. The food is very filling and you can easily go into a food coma after eating here. The most important thing about this food truck is the fact they are very clean and offer great service. This truck is the cleanest truck I have ever seen. I commend the owner and I will continue to support their cause.

They were the supplier of the Pupusas for the first ever "Pupusa Festival" in Milwaukee at Kochansky's Concertina Bar. They had 3 selections: Frijole (Refried Beans), Queso (Cheese), and Revuelta (Bean, Cheese, and Pork). I remember the first time that I had tried Pupusas for the first time at El Salvador Restaurant. I was hanging out with some friends (some were from El Salvador) after we performed the La Rueda in the parade. They wanted me to try this restaurant since I had never had food from El Salvador. I had the Revuelta, which was filled with beans, queso, and steak and they were so delicious! However, this time at the food truck, the toppings were a bit different. The Cabbage and Salsa had some kick to it and were marinated in some kind of liquid. I'm not sure what it was, but I definitely enjoyed this difference. They had some Specialty Pupusas, but they didn't get around to making them because the crowd was very large and they wanted to supply the regular Pupusas first before selling the Specialty ones. I'll definitely try them when I see this food truck again. Overall, I enjoyed my Pupusas and will definitely eat at this food truck again to try some of their other Pupusa varieties!

I ordered the La Bandera and it was overly salty. Now, I don't know if this is the norm for this dish, or if the chef that night was heavy handed. The first bite seemed ok, but the more I ate, the saltier it became, it seemed. Hubs had the short rib sandwich and was not impressed. We also had the queso dip, which I liked very much, and a pitcher of margaritas, which we both enjoyed. I would try this place again, because you never know if someone is having an off night and deserves a second chance. I'd also like to come here during the day (the Dia part) to try that menu as well. 88/2025

The dining room was colorful collection of pictures, garlands and banners which added to the cheery atmosphere. I had the fiesta burrito with chorizo. As stated, it comes smothered with their house made sauces, one green, maybe cilantro or avocado, the either a red sauce. Not listed in the description was also corn, carrot and peas. Don't be surprised when you cut into it and you see that. On the side was a coleslaw that brought some nice heat and brightness to the plate as well. Maybe the biggest surprise of the entire meal was the house coffee they served up. Today I believe it was their sauvecito. While I was surprised that they would serve such a strongly flavored house coffee, it packed a nice cocoa flavor that rounded out the meal nicely.
