First, got my front bumper and lip repainted through Fuad. I'm very particular about my car, so i was looking for a near perfect work. I told Fuad specific directions on which part of the bumper to paint the body color and which needed to be painted black(it was easy to tell by the lines/parts of the bumper/lip). Also, I had told them to fill in the holes for where the Honda badge and license plate hold. The painters there did not speak English at all so it was Fuad's job to relay my directions to them. He promised me if they don't do a perfect job, that I don't have to pay him. So when it comes to picking up the bumper/lip, I noticed that they didn't paint the lip correctly and the paint lines were very sloppy on both the bumper and lip. Fuad understood that they had messed up but the painters there, shouting in Arabic, acting like they did not do anything wrong. Fuad offered a discount of the work and i keep the bumper/lip as is but I said I would rather pay the full price and have it fixed. Fuad agreed to fix only the lip, not the bumper so i went with that. The next visit, everything was done correctly on the lip. After fully inspecting the bumper, I noticed that the bumper was not reflecting as much as the hood and fenders and Fuad told me to let the paint cure for a couple months and it'll come out normal. He also added that if it did not come out good, he would fix it. So fast forward to several months, I noticed the reflection of the paint to be very blurry and the area where they filled in were not done correctly. I took it to the shop couple hours ago and since Fuad was out of town, Sam(owner) was there to talk to me. He glanced at the paint and quickly said it's normal but I showed him the immense amount of orange peel and the area where it wasn't properly filled in. After that, he said "I'm not a millionaire, you have to pay again....No warranty!" All while this was happening, the painters there was talking to each other in Arabic and sounded as if they were insulting me. Sam kept saying, "No Warranty! No Warranty! I went to three places for an estimate and Sam Auto has the cheapest price. One place quoted me at a thousand over what Sam Auto quoted me. There was a mishap when they ordered - the price they quoted me was cheaper than the actual part, but they honored their quote since the mistake was on their end. The time to repair took a few days longer than expected, but they also cleaned the inside and fixed something else not on the quote for free. What a dedicated crew! I've been driving my husband's car to work for the last two weeks and hit a post. Unfortunately, the post won. So I took it to Sam shrouded in secrecy. Sam and his team worked with my budget and found a way to fix the car such that it didn't look like it sustained any damage! The quality of their work is superb! My car got hit on the side and had some dent and scratches on the paint. I was concerned because of metallic color as it is tough to blend with the original paint but Sam Auto parts did a great job. The dents were gone and paint is perfect, no difference. Sam gave me a very decent quote which was perhaps one of the lowest in the VA area. Sam promised me 4 days and finished job in 3. Sam and his team did a terrific job restoring my workhorse 2007 Honda Odyssey into a near showroom condition. It suffered from severe paint peeling - which is a chronic condition with blue and silver Honda's from 2003-2008, due to a manufacturing problem. They repainted much of the vehicle, replaced the hood, front bumper and a fender I'd damaged years ago, and got the new paint to match perfectly the existing paint job on areas that they didn't need to repaint. They even detailed the interior and steam cleaned the engine. The car is mechanically sound and I'm confident I can now resell it for well over what Sam charged to fix it, although I plan to keep my trusty steed for many years to come (or at least till the kids are out of college). Moreover, Sam and his son Fuad are real gentlemen. Service was fast, courteous and friendly. Price was very competitive compared to other quotes.
