My next purchase was for a battery maintainer, with the manger's help, he showed me their wide assortment of them. I bought the new maintainer that was going to work best for my application. Even though the manger was the person who had helped me both times, there was no storage of other store employees who would have helped with the items I needed. Fast-forward to October 2025, I got a tire pressure warning light, checked my tires, and found one still losing air after refilling to the recommended PSI. I called Tony Divino Toyota to schedule service and asked if the Platinum Tire & Wheel plan covered it--but was transferred multiple times between Service, Operator, and Warranty, even getting hung up on a few times. After several calls, I finally reached someone who understood the program and helped set up my appointment. At first, the visit went okay. Christian, the service specialist, helped me get the tire covered under the plan and order a new key I had lost. Since all my tires were low on tread, I replaced the full set and also had an oil change done. Normally I do my own oil changes, but due to personal circumstances, I couldn't this time. When I asked about torqueing the lug nuts to spec, Christian brushed it off with, "yeah, yeah, they hand-tight it." That didn't sit well with me--I take pride in keeping my vehicle in top condition, and I expect the same care from a Toyota service department. Communication afterward was poor. When I called to ask about pickup time, I kept getting transferred and the only answer I got was "We don't know." The next day I got a text saying my car was ready, and I appreciated the Uber ride they arranged for pickup. When I arrived, Stephanie was hesitant to print an invoice breakdown until another employee told her she could. After paying, I asked to have the service recorded in my Toyota account--like my previous dealership always did automatically--but it never showed up online. I also requested email copies of the invoices for my tire warranty and oil change, but weeks later, I still haven't received them. Overall, the customer service and communication were disappointing. The tone shifted once payment was made, and I found my experience matched many of the negative reviews I later read online. I really hope management invests in better communication, service training, and understanding of their own warranty programs. On a positive note, Mike, the tire specialist, deserves recognition. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when I was choosing new tires. He recommended Yokohama, but after research, I went with Toyo. Mike's great attitude and service were the highlight of my visit--if it weren't for him, this would have been a one-star review.

Once scheduled, Aaron hooked me up with a solid quote and Marko was efficient. They knew how to get the job done! They discovered the reason behind WHY my serpentine belt was malfunctioning and gave me great understanding into how to fix my fluid leak. My water pump was faulty causing my serpentine bet tensioner along with the belt to become damaged by the fan clutch and fan blade to smack into them. Very concerning predicament. He gave me a quote fast and was happy to get that job knocked out within the day as well. I absolutely loved the timely service and great support from them! I came back a few days later for them to replace my high pressure power steering hose and for them to help diagnose my A/C issues. Aaron hooked me up with a great deal and had my issues fixed without needing to hold my truck overnight! With it being only a couple of guys holding down the fort they are extremely hardworking and show what PepBoys is all about! Phenomenal work! I I can't recommend them enough! If you work long weeks and can't find time to get your car in a shop, they are open weekends, just schedule a time with them in advance and they will be sure to get your car restored back to how you want it! 10/10

Still leaks oil so I brought to dealership and they said oil pan is still leaking and Jensen did not replace the engine oil filter housing which I was charge for. These guys are either crooked or incompetent. Either way do not use.

No actual service was requested, just the purchase of a tire so we could come back in the morning to get the rest rotated. Ended up buying a kit to fill in the hole to get to Maverick and blew the tire in 4 additional places before we could find a jack to put on the spare.
