I found this particular chicken franchise to be just OK because the chicken was on the thick side and I like it thin. I also thought there should be a bit more sauce in the container it was in. I do remember that the other time I was there the chicken francaise was thick as well. Otherwise, the restaurant is fine as they have ample parking, though the spots are tight.
