Service was booked through AHS. I was kept up to date prior to the service call. Angel arrived within the stated time frame and was very courteous and receptive to my explanation of the issue. Which in fact disappeared the day prior, so my AC was working. But I figured I'd have him double check. Angel explained what he was doing and described how there could still be a faulty component. Turns out, the capacitor was bad and needed to be replaced. He advised me in how important it is to change the air filter and how to efficiently program our dual zone/ single unit system. A final temperature check from one of the furthest vents showed 58 degrees. Since the repair, we've noticed an improvement in cooling. The air is much colder and the unit appears to not run as often or as long as the previous weeks. Great job Angel!! read more

Derrick and his team of technicians just installed an air conditioning unit on the roof of the 110 year old four story Victorian building I share a condo in. The building has narrow stairs and street electrical wires complicated the job. I started to give up - they were amazing! I can't recommend them highly enough, they went above and beyond and honored their quote even after deciding they needed special equipment and five men in order to protect the safety of his team and the building. Talk about "Welcome To Hell-Town"! It was over a 100 degrees outside and 92 in the house thanks to a broken AC. Moving into a new house and not having a working AC in extreme heat is brutal. He carefully checked and cleaned everything so that I felt like I understood how to keep our furnace working properly and what issues to look for. As a relatively new home owner I found his level of expertise and knowledge that he was willing to share so helpful.
