Unsure where to start, so here we go. I went in for a consultation and was told that in order for this dentist to provide a consultation, a full set of x-rays would need to be taken. I asked 3 different times why this was the case and was told that it was required for a consultation. I haven't even chosen this dentist - I'm looking for a high-level estimate to determine if this is the dentist I would like to move forward with in getting a more firm estimate, but in order to even get a rough idea, a full set of x-rays is required. Fine. I'm told that the consultation fee would be waived ($100). I'm then told by the lady at the front desk that they ran my insurance and I would not be charged at all for the full set of x-rays - that my insurance covered it, so I would not be out of pocket and did not have to worry. NOT THE CASE. I received a bill from my dental insurance telling me that I owed for the full set of x-rays. Interesting how this "practice works"... "free" consultation yet they still get paid and on top of it, lie to their potential clients. Not good. When it comes to the actual office - I would compare the office to that of something located in Inglewood. All of the equipment was completely outdated, each room was so tiny that the assistant helping me couldn't get around the chair and had to reach over me to grab a hand mirror on the counter to the other side of me. The place is dilapidated. The moment I walked in, I wanted to walk out. I should have followed my instinct. PASS. read more

We did drive a hour away I was nervous but she took all my fear away. I love her! I was in tears trying to find a dentist at 11pm on a Friday night after 3 days and 3 nights of a toothache that was getting so bad, I could not eat or sleep and by this point the whole side Of my mouth was starting to have its own heartbeat, and the throbbing was pretty much my que, that this was not going away on its own, so I desperately started making phone calls to Dentists like Samira Dentistry that claimed they were available for emergency services for patients who were suffering and how they had so much empathy and only cared about helping their patients and would make themselves available because they were so caring and different and didn't think of us as just a number Blah Blah Blah .. Samira dentistry was maybe my 8th attempt in finding a dentist who's web site claimed that Emergency service was not a problem and her web site even claimed there hours of operation were 24/ 7,: so you can imagine how relieved my heart was when I was just about to give up and admit defeat and go to the Er for treatment, I decided that I would attempt to try one last time to get a dentist to actually do what they claim to do and get me some emergency help, So I called and with the last of my abilities explained my situation and my desperation and begged for help ( yes I was in that much pain) but with no avail or superise was told, nothing could be done that night, But since they actually cared about my issue and pain that if I could hold out a bit longer they would make time for me and they would get me better and would work with my fianances and everything was going to be Ok, And I was a priority so they scheduled me an appointment in the morning So I accepted the appointment still in pain but with hope this issue would be over in a few hours..... I tossed and turned but was still optimistic and about 3 hours before my appointment went and rented a car ( forgot to mention I live about a hour and a half a way from this dentist and I don't have my own car). But felt the expense was worth getting my tooth fixed and not being in such agony. I got to the office 30 min before my appointment, and waited 30 min after my appointment scheduled time to just let them know that the doors were locked and I was waiting or at the wrong location,;;so I called the number I had.. and was told " Oh sorry , no ones going to make it today', sorry bout that.. have a good day bye " They didn't have the freaking kindness or respect of me to have maybe given me a phone call letting me know not to come!!! Or even a hearted Were so sorry! They really showed me how much they care! They are pure evil to me! You should be ashamed of yourself You do what ever you do , But I will never give these no hearted people your business at least I never will.... read more

This review is for Jenny, Gina and Sandra. Let me start off by saying that I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. I'm sure most people are too but I was so traumatized by an experience I had when I was a teenager that I haven't been back to see a dentist in over 15 YEARS!!! Needless to say my teeth where bad, I mean REALLY bad. I was missing 5 teeth, had cavities, an infection etc. So as you can imagine I was not only scared to go to a dentist but embarrassed. So after putting off seeing a dentist for over a decade and a half one of my teeth finally became so painful I was forced to go see a dentist. I mean... orajel and tylenol weren't even helping anymore, I knew it was time to bite the bullet and go get my teeth checked out. When I walked in I was so nervous. I hadn't been to a dentist in so long I didn't know what to expect. When I was called into the office I told Sandra how bad my teeth where and not to judge me before I even opened my mouth to show her. But she was a total sweetheart and made me feel comfortable and at ease with condition of my teeth even though they're bad. Then Jenny came in and throughly and clearly explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. She was very patient answering all my questions and I really appreciate that. My tooth extraction and root canal was done by Gina who was so kind and caring. She keep reassuring me how good I was doing, asked if I was in pain the whole process , gentle and just a very warm person. Exactly the kind of person you want working on your teeth. I can honestly say that despite having 2 procedures which are normally considered pretty painful I hardly felt anything minus a slight tug on my tooth from being pulled out. I was absolutely surprised by not only how fast they seemed to do both but how painless it was considering the condition of my teeth. What can I say... all 3 of these ladies are absolutely fantastic! Super friendly, non judgemental and excellent at what they do. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have definitely found my go to dentist from now on. I had an amazing experience at Dr.Seini's practice. I never had my teeth cleaned and she recommended zoom whitening and I love my teeth now. I smile more and I am so much more confident.
