He is a good listener to understand about what we want & the checklist to buy that X5. He didn't resist any request and acted as customer's agent to get this deal done. Grace of god, we bought the same car on same day because of Terry's wonderful sales attitude. Normally tag transfer & payoff to the trade-in car takes many weeks to be done. After 5 days I called the Athens BMW's tag department, she replied not yet started. After few hours she called me back & informed, "it's transferred and good to use your tag now". It's quick & smooth buying experience. We will highly recommend Terry Hosier & Athens BMW to consider a new cars .

She immediately started looking for a sales agent for me and apologized it was taking longer than expected. All the agents were working with customers. The wait was worth it. As soon as available Luke came to introduce himself and asked how he could help. I told him I was there to look at 2 trucks listed on the website. He went to get the keys to them but one still wasn't quite ready for the lot. He showed us the available Colorado and let me drive it. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly he was not pushing us to buy the truck!! After going to many other dealerships and dealing with pushy sales people I was very appreciative he didn't try to push me to buy the truck or try to upsell me to something I couldn't afford. Needless to say he won my business and I'm a proud owner of a new, used 2020 Chevy Colorado! I'm also impressed with the gentleman, Sean who helped us with the Financial aspect of the sale. We told him what we had for a down payment and about how much we needed the monthly payments to be. He made it happen with no back and forth negotiation which was very pleasant. They completed my road trip package oil change and even applied a military discount, which I truly appreciated. I didn't wait at the dealership, and about three hours later I received a call letting me know my vehicle was ready. Customer service was pleasant, efficient, and stress-free, which is exactly what you hope for when you're mid-road trip. While I didn't receive the photo point inspection I've experienced at some other Subaru dealerships, I was still very satisfied with the service overall. After the sale was finalized, the vehicle was damaged while still in the dealership's possession during their cleaning/prep process. The damage was not minor--there were deep gouges, scraping, and a puncture in the bumper. We documented everything with time-stamped photos. Instead of taking responsibility, repairing the damage properly, or offering any form of compensation for the diminished value, the dealership refused to work with us and pushed to completely unwind the deal. We drove over an hour and a half for this purchase, only to have the vehicle damaged after signing and then be told our only option was to return it. This experience raised serious concerns about how issues are handled after a sale is completed. If something goes wrong, do not expect accountability. Make sure you thoroughly inspect your vehicle--even after paperwork is signed--and document everything before leaving the lot.

I wanted to purchase a tow hitch for my new 2024 Telly and the dealership where I purchased was less than accommodating after the sales to the point I started shopping around for a dealership that would become my go-to for service. Some dealerships even told me it was not even available although I shared a letter from KIA US that outlined the details around tow hitches for 23/24 Tellurides. I found Bulldog Kia fit the bill with my first interaction with Matt, the Parts Manager. Matt is incredibly personable and engaging to the point he may be Bulldog's best salesperson. Beau in service was helpful and answered my all my questions prior to me even ordering the hitch from Matt. Once the tow hitch came in (and much faster than I expected) Christina called to schedule the install appointment. I arrived at my scheduled day and time and was quickly checked in and within a couple of hours, my Telluride had its hitch professional installed at a fair price. As I was waiting around, I had one gentleman ask me if I needed assistance because I was lurking in the check-in area watching the work on my hitch, I said no and we struck up a conversation only to find out it was James Hammond one of the owners working and interacting with customers. Having a local engaged owner who interacts with customers is impressive in this day and age so I applaud this owner and the entire Bulldog team in Athens. Now, my only thought is how do I turn back time so I could have purchased the Telluride from them in the first place? My 84‑year‑old widowed mother went in for what she believed was a routine oil change--only because they mailed her a coupon claiming it was "time" for service. Her last oil change was done six months prior, and she had only driven 1,100 miles since then. Once she arrived, they told her she "needed" new spark plugs and quoted her $150. Instead, they charged her $600, including an astonishing $450 in labor for spark plugs on a 2013 Kia with only 85,000 miles. Folks, that's a 30-60 minute job you can do at home! She bought and serviced her vehicle with them for years, and this is how they treated her the moment she walked in alone. What should have been a simple visit turned into a $780 bill for an oil change and spark plugs, neither of which she needed. They should have turned her around and told her to come back in six months. This kind of behavior toward an elderly, loyal customer is deeply concerning and feels predatory. Please be cautious before agreeing to any service here. Get everything in writing and double‑check the pricing.

While traveling from SC to Texas, my Nissan had major issues…read more Facts: I'm the only owner & 90% driver of this car, adult driven. The transmission was acting odd, not accelerating. I had it diagnosed and the report said it was the solenoid was bad. Nissan Athens said they don't trouble shoot. So they ordered a new transmission. We drove back to SC. Returned 1 week later, paid $7200! July 2nd, 2025. It's now July 10th, 2025, the transmission is bad! ​ That's a substantial sum of money and trust for the car to break down 8 days later.
