He is a good listener to understand about what we want & the checklist to buy that X5. He didn't resist any request and acted as customer's agent to get this deal done. Grace of god, we bought the same car on same day because of Terry's wonderful sales attitude. Normally tag transfer & payoff to the trade-in car takes many weeks to be done. After 5 days I called the Athens BMW's tag department, she replied not yet started. After few hours she called me back & informed, "it's transferred and good to use your tag now". It's quick & smooth buying experience. We will highly recommend Terry Hosier & Athens BMW to consider a new cars .

Scheduled the appointment and showed up to be told that 20 cars are ahead of me and I would have to leave my car till Monday. They may get to it Monday. She immediately started looking for a sales agent for me and apologized it was taking longer than expected. All the agents were working with customers. The wait was worth it. As soon as available Luke came to introduce himself and asked how he could help. I told him I was there to look at 2 trucks listed on the website. He went to get the keys to them but one still wasn't quite ready for the lot. He showed us the available Colorado and let me drive it. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly he was not pushing us to buy the truck!! After going to many other dealerships and dealing with pushy sales people I was very appreciative he didn't try to push me to buy the truck or try to upsell me to something I couldn't afford. Needless to say he won my business and I'm a proud owner of a new, used 2020 Chevy Colorado! I'm also impressed with the gentleman, Sean who helped us with the Financial aspect of the sale. We told him what we had for a down payment and about how much we needed the monthly payments to be. He made it happen with no back and forth negotiation which was very pleasant. On the day of my appointment, there was a small hiccup and my appointment didn't initially show up in their system. That said, the staff handled it with grace and took great care of me anyway. They completed my road trip package oil change and even applied a military discount, which I truly appreciated. I didn't wait at the dealership, and about three hours later I received a call letting me know my vehicle was ready. Customer service was pleasant, efficient, and stress-free, which is exactly what you hope for when you're mid-road trip. While I didn't receive the photo point inspection I've experienced at some other Subaru dealerships, I was still very satisfied with the service overall. Instead, they charged her $600, including an astonishing $450 in labor for spark plugs on a 2013 Kia with only 85,000 miles. Folks, that's a 30-60 minute job you can do at home! She bought and serviced her vehicle with them for years, and this is how they treated her the moment she walked in alone. What should have been a simple visit turned into a $780 bill for an oil change and spark plugs, neither of which she needed. They should have turned her around and told her to come back in six months. This kind of behavior toward an elderly, loyal customer is deeply concerning and feels predatory. Please be cautious before agreeing to any service here. Get everything in writing and double‑check the pricing.
