What makes this even worse is that the menu clearly states: "Only one item can be removed or substituted. Subs must be of equal value. No exceptions." My wife simply substituted ham for bacon, which are of equal value, so there should have been no charge at all. The food itself was good, but these kinds of ridiculous and misleading charges completely ruin the experience. We won't be back.

And today, I had a few slices of their fantastic pizza in a new location for us -inside the West Farms Mall near Jordan's Furniture of all places. The sauce, the cheese, the cardboard thin crust, the toppings -everything was great. Late in our meal, a young father and his son came in and sat down in front of us. The boy seemed to be 5 or 6.
