Helpful hint: I am really liking the Scan & Go option to speed pass the long lines. The Easton/Morse Road location is one of my favorites, if not my fav in the greater metro area due to location and surrounding shopping options. This place has grown on me over the years. However the parking lot is still a hot mess. The cafe and deli staff are super friendly here. The sawmill store has been my store for over 25 years, that ended today. I called yesterday for an appt for a tire repair, balance and rotation included in the package I purchased with the tires. Had an appt for noon, no longer can I com in through the tire service entrance , was made tro walk clear around to the main entrance. then was told they are running an hour behind, so much for appointments. Tech told me tire repair was only thing listed on the service order. Rewrote the service order. 2 strikes, when vehicle was done the tire was repaired, tires balanced yet went right back on same axle they came off of. No rotation front to back. I have bought at least 6-8 sets of tires on 4 different vehicles over the years. Not a happy camper, always had great service here, not the last 2 times. I checked the service order when I got in the car and discovered a line , made no sense. Could not reset TPMS, reason Auto relearn. With 2 hours to kill my sugar started dropping I opted for pizza and a drink, went to cafe and learned if you dont order through the "APP" Im not an app person, they destroy phones, was rudely told go to check out and order and pay. At Least Costco has a cafe food kiosk. Went to register, signed in and no place to order cafe foods. I cancelled order. Finally a lady asked if i was ok, I said no, evidently Im not smart enough to order a slice of pizza and drink. She found the bar code sheet missing from the register and walked me through it. Took receipt to cafe and several app order folks were served before I was even acknowledged. My wife joined me I knew the routine by now, ordered her a slice and a drink, went to the cafe counter and again was ignored for 3-5 minutes. My membership is up for renwal shortly and i believe I will NOT renew. Website has no place to place concerns with anyone hat cares. Costco may be a tad more expensive on some things but their service beats SAMS left and right. Old Sam Walton, like Bob Evans is probably rolling in his grave over whats being done to his company. Was a good run for 23 of 25 years. Post Covid all went to crap. read more

People always tell me don't buy electronics or appliances at these big box clubs. But they have great prices in my opinion and name brand stuff. So of course I've violated those "rules." What can I say, I'm a loner Dottie, a rebel... So I've not been here when the parking lot isn't pretty full. Be alert to drivers that might not be focused on driving - that's just good advice in any big retail parking lot. And the other general comment I would offer is that in my experience the checkout lanes can also be longish at times - but the do move relatively quickly. As you can see from my posted photos there is a wide variety of all sorts of merchandise to choose from. But also in my experience, I was pretty much on my own to find what I was looking for - not a lot of staff wandering around. But that's OK, got some food stuff for home and decent prices. It's Sam's. Club is bulk purchases. You join the club and you can purchase in bulk. I don't do a lot of bulk purchasing only when I'm prepping for disasters. However, I do go and get the bulk packages of shrimp when I make my nola po boys. read more

This Sam's Club lacks so much compared to the Dublin, Ohio location. It doesn't have fresh OJ, doesn't even carry the same Chobani creamer, and doesn't carry pasture raised eggs. Carts are almost always very low or throughout the parking lot. Dublin has a lot of money sure but so does Easton. Also, I live in a very low-to middle income area, Whitehall, and I buy these things. If it wasn't for the energy drink, snack, and appliance selection, I wouldn't go to this location at all. read more

You can never go wrong with Sam's Club and when it comes to this location, that statement is 95% correct. Located on the crazy busy intersection of Morse and Stelzer roads, this place is almost always busy. Getting into or out of the parking lot can be a bit of a hassle but once you're through their front doors, all that craziness disappears... at least the majority of it. This Sam's Club is kept pretty organized and stocked up. I'm sure it has to be given how busy it is. The staff is nice and the prices are even nicer. As a single, young professional, I never thought I would need to shop at a spot like this, but it is convenient at times. I don't personally have a membership but my mom and sister both do, so I take advantage of it when I can. Everyone loves the days when you can visit for lunch... and I don't mean sitting down to order lunch but rather walking through the aisles sampling a variety of food items. That being said, my favorite part about this Sam's Club is the great deal of clothing items they offer. It doesn't even compare to the one in my hometown. I'm always surprised by my finds. read more

I'm always getting hit by a cart, someone's yelling loud on a phone, I get cut off in the self check out line, children are unattended and playing jungle gym throughout the store, etc. good for bulk deals, but Costco is 100% better and also has amazing deals. read more

Love it. Cannot beat the prices on most items. The scan and go is a lifesaver. Saves time and energy by not having to wait in long lines. The only thing to remember is the items on the bottom of our cart...I always forget those. The other is that you cannot purchases age restricted items thru the app....Alcohol. I usually pay for everything else and then use the expanded self checkouts they have added recently....for my booze. I am always recommending Sams to everyone and I usually stop by about once a week. There is always something I need to get in bulk. They have the best prices on rotisserie chicken in town and the largest chickens. I love going to SAMS Club! I'm able to find everything I didn't go for!! On this visit, I was amazed at all of the summer stuff hanging from the ceiling! Huge floats for the pool, a family sized tent, and a backyard play set! Just to name a few! One of my favorite things to buy is a fresh beef roast and bring it home and slowly bake it. I shop at Sams Club at least once a week. I absolutely love their rotisserie chicken. It's by far the best. I usually pick up two chickens each time I go; cut them up and use for multiple recipes. Also the pharmacist, Matt, is very helpful and friendly. He always remembers our names and will take time to answer any questions we have about a prescription. We actually changed from CVS to Sams Club because the prices for medications is much cheaper. read more

Avoid this Club with a passion. I found an error. A manager sent me the Customer Service desk; the CSR didn't have a firm grasp of the common language. I showed her the physical signage, the product, and the incorrect charge. I was shown several incorrect items that matched the incorrect charge; but none were the purchased item. Ultimately the CSR refused to fix the issue; the manager apologized; and the item returned to the pallet under the incorrect price for the next customer to be overcharged with no resolution. I wasted a half hour of three employees and myself over less than a dollar. It is the principle since I want to purchase items at the price proffered. I'm truly thinking of canceling membership to go to the competition over the inability to correct a simple mistake that management recognized, but employee didn't have the ability to fix. I judge companies but their ability to fix mistakes; everyone makes them. This was a failure at multiple levels, and a good customer left less than pleased with the experience. read more

What I like about this store is, I can purchase quality stuff at a bargain price, and I can purchase just about anything here for my family. Sam's club has clothes, shoes, food, and even a vision center. If the prices weren't as good as they are and I didn't pay for an annual membership, the lack of customer service would drive me away. When there are more outside vendors giving away free samples than there are employees on the floor, Bentonville there is a problem. I know walmart and sams club know how to manage the numbers when it comes to purchasing and selling. Too bad hard numbers do not measure the lack of customer satisfaction from being unable to get help, check out in an efficient manner, or leaving the store without a smile on your face. The store is clean and in a good location. The inventory is pretty well stocked and the prices are better than the majority of the products they sell at Walmart. Parking lot is large and they have an auto section and service center at this location. Bottom line when it comes to this experience, If I cant get a question answered because I can't find someone for ten minutes and that person has no idea the answer and I spend more time waiting in line to check out than I did shopping in the store, I did not have a good experience. read more

I have been a customer for Sam's club for long time. Never had an issue before than today. I bought some water and the smell/taste is inconsistent with previous water. I have been drinking the same brand of water for ever, so i do know that something is not right. i feel that the quality of water has changed. I am not really sure if this has something to do with COVID-19 mass over consumption or production of water. I hope this water situation changes soon read more

I'm trying really hard to be objectionable with this Sam's club. I have a membership because it's close to our property (zanesville) and I occasionally go to the one on Morse rd. I can't say I've ever had a great experience at this location but it's never been as bad as today. They're still doing 1 long line because of Covid. No other Sam's that I've been in is doing that still. Not even the Costco that across the road is doing that. Today I stood in line with a toddler for 15mins and it moved two cart lengths. I don't know if they didn't have enough checkers because I couldn't even see the cash registers! There were plenty of staff standing around chatting with each other so I would think they have enough employees! I ended up leaving my cart with about $500 worth of food. I told an employee that I couldn't wait any longer and that there were perishables in the cart that should be put back. She was less than happy (I understand it's not her fault) and began complaining about "...people like me." I called and tried to speak to a manager and was hung up on. The staff is the rudest I've ever seen and the management doesn't even care. I'll never use this Sams club again. I spend $1000's there a month with my day care and Costco just got my business. As a family of 2, I never thought I needed or wanted a Sam's Club membership. I was recently prescribed a medication that had a SIGNIFICANT benefit if I bought it through Sam's (i.e. insurance wouldn't cover a penny of it and the out of pocket cost was $213-$233/month and Sam's would only charge $60/month). That alone was reason to join Sam's. I love their fruit selection. I buy large amounts of apples and grapes weekly and have enough for my lunches all week long. They have lots of healthy (and not so healthy) eating options which make me happy. My husband hasn't been a huge fan of their meat, specifically chicken, as he's felt like it's been thawed and re-froze too many times by the time it gets to the store, so we just stay away from that. I'm yet to utilize too many of their extra services and just mainly stick to groceries and the pharmacy. They have a great pharmacy program for Plus ($100/year) members which more than pays for itself. The list of medications that you get discounts on with it is so long and comprehensive. The gas perks that come with the membership at Sam's gas locations are supposed to be great, too, but I don't live close to a gas location. As long as I stay on this medication and feel the yearly membership cost is getting me great savings on prescriptions and groceries, I'm sure I'll keep signing up year after year. read more

This was my second time coming to this store while visiting from Alaska. Obviously we have a membership and have been members for a few years. To be honest, if we lived in this area I would get a membership at a different bulk store but there is only a Sam's Club in Fairbanks, AK. This is the first time I have ever bought fruit here. I have to say I am beyond disappointed. I bought a tray of pre-cut watermelon that is so hard to eat you have to cut it with a knife. I know it's out of season but there is no reason they should be selling watermelons that is so bad. I also bought the two cups of pomegranate seeds that taste and smell like they have a lingering wine smell as if they are going bad. The best by date on them say 1/16 but they definitely smell and taste as if they went bad well before they arrived at the store. I have the receipt for them and have been meaning to go back to the store to return them but just haven't had the time. I am just sorely disappointed because obviously I purchase food I hoped would not make me sick but be of a delicious quality. Standard Sams Club. Two shoppers here...the gawker impulse buyer, and the shopper who knows "that's not a deal". Be aware most of their items are available in a smaller quantity next door at Wal Mart. Walmart will also take a coupon or price match a competitor. Now factor your membership cost, and the add on tax. Is it still a deal because you bought it off a pallet? The butcher was great. Buy large pieces of meat at a good price, and have hime cut it to your different needs. I got a pork loin cut into a crockpot size roast. Another cut for the smoker, and the last cut in 1" chops. The staff: this trip involved five I don't knows. I did get one very helpful attendant go in the back to see if the salsa was out of stock.I believe she was management.many of the people doing samples were friendlier than the staff.weekends really need somebody to walk around sweeping up the garbage and trash drop on the floor and in the aisles. The bathroom definitely needed attention. Once again long lines, this would have been two stars except for the cashier attendant managing the lanes who came over and pre scanned my cart. read more

If you like having to wait for the customer service desk to get off their cell phone before they have time for you-- Go to Sam's. If you like being treated like you don't matter-- Sam's is for you!! This isn't the best Sam's Club I've been in, but it's MUCH better than the Walmart next door. I spent my breaks and meals here because it was preferable to sitting in the breakroom with the trash Walmart employs. Wherever you turn, there's an employee. They're working, not hiding, and they're respectful. The cashiers are speedy and you can always find a manager wandering around. Huge improvement over Walmart. Things get a little backed up after "normal" people get off work at 5pm, but the cashiers get everyone through the till fast enough to prevent tempers from flaring. It's also worth noting that every time I've been in there, they've always had all registers open. Clean store? You bet. Trash isn't lying around and the customers don't leave food from the cafe lying around on shelves, the floor, or drop it in with merchandise. Produce, dairy, and meats are fresh and packaged properly. Occasionally you'll find something a little too ripe or beat up, but they're pretty good about pulling outdates. The customers this store attracts range from decent to Walmart's ghetto trash. The folks coming in earlier in the day are there to get their stuff, get in, and get out. The Walmart-quality people usually come in after 3pm, but they're not as numerous, meaning you can get your shopping done without tripping over idiots loitering in the walkways or kids damaging merchandise. Their selection has declined over the years, it seems. They don't have the variety of computers or musical instruments that they had even five years ago. Even so, I would shop around for technology such as cameras, camcorders, cell phones, TVs, computers, etc.; the prices are decent, but you can find the same items cheaper elsewhere, namely Amazon.com. read more

My mom has had a membership at Sam's for years (I'm talking decades...I remember going there as a kid). She'd often ask me why I don't have a membership because I have so many kids & it would come in handy. I could NEVER get passed the fact that you have to pay to shop anywhere. In fact, it really pisses me off. You want me to pay to spend my money at YOUR store???? What a bunch of crap. Anyway, one day my mom was at my house and she asked me if I wanted to go to Sam's with her and use her membership. Well, hell yeah!! Free to shop works for me. When we first walked in, I wasn't too much impressed. I don't my tvs (that's my man's job) so I had no idea if any of them were a good price. I looked over the clothes and thought those prices were a ripoff too ($20 for a no name outfit...not for real!!). Then we went to the food and the wonderfulness began. So many great deals. Great deals on vitamins too. I still had to knock them down a star though......even though I feel it REALLY REALLY sucks that you have to pay to shop there, after my visit, I will be getting a membership soon. read more

Love this place. We visit here mainly for coffee but always find a ton of other things. Great prices on fresh and frozen foods. Also good prices on books and DVD's. Our go to place for Advil and vitamins-you have to buy in bulk but the savings is well worth it. Store is clean and well organized. Lines are usually long. read more
