(Enough + leftovers) FOOD: Roasted Chicken - 7.9 / 10 Your typical whole roasted chicken. Nothing to write home about, but not bad either. As with any solid Mediterranean restaurant, the toum is always what delivers. I appreciated that they were rather generous with 4 plastic condiment containers-worth. Rice - 8.5 / 10 I don't usually have much to say about rice, but there's was quite exceptional. I didn't realize that how cook rice can vary. I was taken aback by how fluffy their's was. I would venture to guess that they add oil to their & they fluff the grains after cooking. Also, the portion that they give for the family meal is quite generous. Salad - 7.5 / 10 I appreciate how fresh & crisp the lettuce was (I believe Romain, if I'm not mistaken). But what really delivers here is the vinaigrette. It delivers that sour punch that this meal so desperately needed. Hummus - 7.5 / 10 Creamy. A bit nutty. An excellent vehicle for a quality olive oil. Pita - 7.9 / 10 Doux Brand - You can buy it online. Great chew, tears decently & has a nice sturdiness. I appreciate that it's non-GMO. We hadn't been to this franchise in quite a while. We ordered the combination plate with two chicken Kabobs to share. It included a salad, rice, pita bread and hummus. Everything tasted good. We moved from the inside to the outside because it was way too cold inside. I would also recommend a better quality of napkins. read more

Horrible service and greeting. As if I inconvenienced the staff. Only 3 orders ahead of me. It's been 30 mins no food. Whatever aluminum cover used to cover meat on the grill is falling apart and burnt. Guest prior to me said chicken was under cooked. When you have been a loyal customer of an establishment for 10+ years, it's pretty disappointing when you call to place a takeout order and are rejected. Especially when the employee has probably only been there a couple of months. When I called at at 4:45 Sunday 1/18/26 a female employee said it would be 45 minutes for a takeout order. When I asked if the chicken needed time to cook, she said "no it's because we're busy". So I asked if it would be better if we dined in, she said "it's going to be 45 minutes for all orders". I'm not sure what needs to happen...hire another employee or what, but this is not the way to respond to customers. The good news is, we found another Mediterranean restaurant close by. read more

Ordered via DD (yes, I already know it'll be hit or miss) but this was definitely a miss. I don't know how they managed to make rice both mushy and crunchy at the same time but props to them in doing so, I'm impressed by the sheer skill of killing a side at both ends of the spectrum. The chicken was OK, I got a piece that was burnt beyond recognition and another super chewy.. boy were my taste buds sent into outer space with that one. What's worse was when I called to be a Karen the girl who answered the phone shrugged it off like she could literally give two sh$%@ at the quality of the food and that's exactly why the reviews are the way they are. I was craving some falafel for lunch. My usual spot is quite a distance away, so I decided to try Sam's. The young lady serving me was sweet. The falafel was fried fresh for my order. All the veggies were super fresh. I got hummus and tabouli as sides. All of it was so good! Next time I'll ask for a pita for my wrap instead of lavash. I only ate half of my wrap and lavash gets a little soggy after a day. Also the price was super reasonable! Mama wanted a night off cooking and my husband got home late so we needed a quick and convenient meal before we got to our night routine and settle in for the evening. This place was right down the street and easy to call in after viewing their menu online. My husband drove down to pick it up and bring it home to enjoy. The man working was very nice! I am very disappointed in the service that we received from this Sam's. We are locals - live right across the street, and have eaten here for years. Today is the first time I have been soured on them. We ordered their food via grubhub, there was a problem and 1 item could not be fulfilled, but something "happened" and we had 1 of our items cancelled - and we did not receive any notification at all, just half of our order arrived. Yes, I realize this should be a "Grubhub thing", but of course a restaurant should care about how people feel about them and their food right? So I call them and the person who spoke with me (who said she was a manager) was extremely dismissive and blaming of Grubhub (I still dont know if they even informed the driver or not - but their attitude made it much worse anyway). The bottom line is #1 you should always try to provide good service to your customers and that includes situations when they are left disappointed, and #2 if you KNOW that you dont have a certain item thats ordered, you should being trying like heck to ensure that you KNOW the customer is still able to get something to compensate, because NOBODY wants to be left without food. I did not appreciate the tone and "not my fault" attitude of the manager, and although we have been long term customers we are no longer wanting to bring our service to this location. read more

This eatery is located in a grocery store shopping center with plenty of parking. We have eaten here many times. The food is fresh and tasty. The restaurant is always clean when we go in to pick up our food. The young lady who takes our food orders is friendly and helpful. The half rotisserie chicken plate comes with many side choices. The chicken is full of flavor, juicy and not too salty. The Mediterranean chicken salad is a large greek salad with a large portion of the rotisserie chicken on it. Pretty gross chicken bowl, no flavor, the chicken looks gray and has zero flame-grilled taste. They charge a dollar for sauces. The rice is overcooked, the salad is just lettuce with a few pieces of tomato. Isn't Mediterranean food supposed to be flavorful? This bowl is just a pile of mush. read more

Closest place to get your Mediterranean food fix. My favorite plate is the chicken shawarma plate/wrap. Chicken kabob is also really good. I am a big fan of their tahini sauce and hummus. They have a good selection of beverages to choose from and I am happy to be getting quality food. Due to yesterday being my first time at Sam's, it took me a little while to decide what I wanted. The male worker seemed agitated that I wasn't immediately ordering. I ordered a wrap, and the guy tried to up-sale me multiple times by suggesting I order the full plate instead of the wrap. I remained polite, however got fed up with him trying to change my order and told him again that I made my decision and didn't want the plate. I took two bites into my chicken wrap, look down and had a small beetle crawling out of the lettuce. I don't normally do this, but I immediately called Sam's to tell them. The same male associate answered and I told him that I had a beetle crawling out of my food. I had to explain to him multiple times, because he kept saying "what? You don't like our food?" And I said "not with bugs in it" to which his reply was "I can't give you a refund just because you don't like our food!". I literally had to spell out the word beetle, when that didn't work, spelt out the word bug. He says "I need to see it", and hung up on me. I went back in, with the beetle inside an old receipt I used to take it out of the food. He immediately told me to go over to the side, near the back. I'm assuming he didn't want all the other customers to hear that they serve their food with bugs. He puts his hand out and says "let me see it". I told him I didn't want him having my receipt because it has my info on it and offered to open up the receipt myself, however he took it anyway, and didn't give it back. He went to the back and it was gone. At this point I was just over it.. I told him I wanted a refund. Refunded my money, no apologies, no anything, didn't even say a word to me. In addition, some teenagers came in and started walking towards the back, he shouted "what are you doing and where are you going?" and they replied "can we use the restroom?" And he told them no and pointed towards the door. This guy was one of the most miserable and unpleasant of people I have ever encountered at a restaurant. Figured maybe he was just having a bad day, but after reading all the comments, this seems to be a normal occurrence. I know accidents happen and bugs are around, but maybe try atleast covering your food!!! And when this does happen from time to time, maybe try not being a flaming unkind person. Definitely will NEVER be going back. Save your time and money and go else where. The chicken was disgusting and undercooked anyway (well, atleast from the only two bites I had). read more

I am kind of surprised I have not reviewed Sam's yet! I have been here a handful of times and I always love it. This is a weird thing to say about them, but their salads are amazing. Seriously, one of the best salads ever. Although the staff is not overly bubbly and friendly, I'm ok with it. They are efficient and they do their job. They also do take a really long time, which I am also OK with, because the food is always super fresh. I would rather have a long wait time and great food than short wait time and mediocre food. Since I am aware of their long waits, I always make sure I call with plenty of time before I pick up. I plan to continue to be a somewhat regular here. read more

Walked in to grab some lunch. The first thing that I noticed was that they had meat on both burners and the burners were off and the meat was dry just sitting cold.
