NEVER EVER GO TO THIS AUTO SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my new BMW M sports car to put on the left side of the exhaust hanger. I told the woman in the shop I'm a student and I bought this new exhaust system for $3000. That's the reason she thinks I'm a fool student just having some money. She charges me $160 for just put few screws on my car like the work actually just took few minutes to finish it???????????? The whole work takes like an hour because there are people who keep come in, they just leave my car right there not doing my job first, let me keep waiting. Also, the woman in the shop is the rudest person that I have ever seen. I try to talk to her and ask why it cost $160 it doesn't make sense. She keeps talking about how expensive is the labor cost, I told her there are people keep coming in they just left my job and talk to other clients. My job should not take more than 5 minutes if they keep focus my job. Then she told me they help me to fix my exhaust problem and that's the price. My titanium exhaust cost me actually more than $3000, it's brand new it won't have any problem need to be So i try to talk to the man who is the larbor and also owner of the shop. Guess What?????????? The man said if you keep talking and i will charge you $200. I mean like WTF????? So I figured it out, they just want to charge the extra money. They don't even have a receipt to show why the work actually takes few minutes but charges $160. Their attitude is so bad, my worst car services experiment ever! ! ! ! ! Great prices and very helpful staff. Parts are OEM not third party which is a plus, the mechanics are very polite and not rude which is a rare occurrence with mechanic's. Clean shop and they have a variety of services including inspection and emissions. I paid 130 for brake pads on my front axle which compared to other places is phenomenal. read more

Go here for all of your car needs! I love this place and it deserves more customers! **It is a little hard to find. It's tucked away off of Pickett Road so you have to look to find it. The front desk lady is extremely nice and will make sure you get taken care of. The service is fairly quick.. and they are an honest to God mechanic. They are also very accommodating of you and your schedule. All of the mechanics are very nice and know what they are doing. If you ask, they will show you the parts they changed out and what exactly was wrong with your vehicle. I have never had issues after I have gotten my car fixed from here. These guys are great! I was having a problem with my Chrysler town and country misfiring. I had previously gone to another mechanic in Fairfax who wasn't able to resolve the issue. I've got 226.000 miles on the van and didn't want to spend a lot of money fixing it. As soon as I got there within 5 minutes they had my van in the shop and then within 15 minutes told me what the problem was and what part I needed. Unfortunately, the parts were not readily available but they were able to do some magic and fix the car without issues. Kim (one of the mechanics) is my favorite person in the world ! He had work at the Shell Service Station on Glebe Road and Lee Highway. Then, overnight, the Shell Station was sold to another group and I LUCKILY tracked Kim down at Samsung Auto Care. I am a perfectionist with my cars and maintenance (Honda Accord) so before meeting Kim, had been taking my car to the Honda Service in Fairfax. Kim charges at least half the price of Honda and does a far better job. I had taken my Honda into Honda Fairfax for the 135k service checkup and left with an $800 bill. Two weeks later my radiator was smoking on 495 ! You'd think they would have seen its bad condition during the 135k checkup !!! So, I called Fairfax Honda since I had just taken my car there to question their competency with NOT seeing the radiator's condition and they said that they would fix it (the radiator) for $1,000.00 (these people think I am crazy or stupid). I called Kim and he said that he would replace the radiator for $350.00, so I had my car towed to Samsung Auto Care and had it done, there. Honda has been trying to get me back as a customer but no go !!! Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I have also had conversations with other Samsung Auto Care customers (Mercedes, Volvo's, etc.) and they said that Kim is the only mechanic they trust their cars to and will travel great lengths to get their cars service by him. Some have been with him for 10 years. (I believe I have, too, maybe even more.) Kim and the other Samsung Auto Care mechanics are the best in the business. Also very accommodating. I want to say thank you for the great service Samsung Auto has given me! I took my car in for a second opinion on some repairs that another mechanic told me my car needed. Samsung Auto told me half of what the other mechanic said my car needed repaired was actually not needed. I had Samsung do the repairs and they went over the top in making sure everything was fixed. They even took my car themselves to the dealer to get the computer reset and wouldn't even charge me for it. I tried to pay them more for all of the extra work they did on my car but they wouldn't take it. I highly recommend Samsung Auto to anyone who needs honest work done on their vehicle. read more

Have been going to Mr. Lee or Mr. Kim for over 10 years. He was at a Shell Station on the corner of Lee Hwy and Glebe Road. A new group purchased the gas station and so the mechanics left at that time. He services three of my cars: a 2012 Honda Accord, a 2004 Jeep Wrangler, and my father's BMW. Kim has been always half the price of Honda serviceo you have time to plan and prepare. Also, when you do get your inspection, it flies through. Because he is so serious and focused on his work, his personal skills are that of an artist -:you never know what to expect except below market bills and very high quality.
