While I understand that buildup can cause issues, it's extremely frustrating that I came in for one basic service and left with a new problem that didn't exist before. The next morning, he called us shortly after he opened to confirm the problem and gave us a quote to replace it. Based on what we had read, the quote was reasonable, so we accepted it. Shortly after 10:30 he called us back, saying the truck was ready. So we took a Lyft from the motel where we stayed and were back on the highway by 11:30. Such prompt service for people from out of state is extraordinary.
