The doctor was nice and friendly. She asked me a lot of questions and focused in on the areas I was struggling with. Before she started straight to adjustments, she recommended I use electro therapy and a heat pack to warm/loosen up the area before she made any adjustments. During my adjustments she was checking in with me to make sure everything was good. She was very reassuring and kind. As with most chiropractors, she was also freakishly strong and was able to adjust me with what appeared to be very little effort. I never once felt uncomfortable in the office. She shared some local spots on Oahu I haven't checked out yet so added those to my yelp collection. I haven't been to other chiros in the area but the prices were a bit on the high side compared to back home. But good professionals are hard to find and I'm more than happy to pay for quality work and support. Thank you and I hope to come back in the future for adjustments.

Unfortunately, they are unprofessional, poorly organized, and they apparently have zero respect for your time. I originally booked an appointment through the Ian's Calendly system. That appointment was later rescheduled at the last minute (less than 24 hours before the appointment) due to Ian's "Memorial Day weekend plans", despite the appointment being scheduled for the day *after* Memorial Day and appearing as available on his Calendly page. I accommodated the change and adjusted my schedule. The replacement appointment then failed as well. At 8:46 AM on the day of the re-scheduled appointment (scheduled for 12pm), Ian texted me that he was "currently at the airport" and that his flight "ended up being delayed just now." While flight delays happen, this meant my re-appointment had been scheduled on a day that depended on same-day air travel, seemingly just hours apart. What followed was the most frustrating part. Rather than proactively managing the situation, providing a clear update, or giving me a phone call, I was left in limbo until the last minute, trying to determine whether the appointment was actually going to happen. I ultimately had to reach out myself while reorganizing my workday once again around an appointment that never occurred. The result: two failed appointments, two last-minute schedule changes, and a bunch of wasted time. After expressing my frustration and explaining that I had rearranged my day around this appointment, I expected at least a phone call, a sincere apology, or some acknowledgment that the situation had been handled poorly. Instead, Ian's response to the situation was... absolutely nothing. No phone call. No meaningful apology. No ownership. No attempt to make things right. Communication was limited to brief text messages, primarily through an "assistant" named Caroline. To this point, I still do not know whether Caroline is an employee, a virtual assistant, or a scheduling service, because nobody from his business ever personally contacted me to discuss what happened. Given that Ian's team maintains a strict 24-hour cancellation / rescheduling policy, I figured they would understand the value of time. Unfortunately, it appears that they value their own time, but not yours or mine. Mistakes happen. Travel plans change. Flights get delayed. But customer time shouldn't be collateral damage to sloppy planning on the part of a service provider. The true measure of a business is how it responds when things go wrong. In my case, Ian's business failed to honor two scheduled appointments, failed to communicate effectively, and failed to take responsibility afterward. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend these guys.

Yay, victory!! We booked a 1-hour couples Thai massage with Mona and Bee, and once the massage started, all that parking nuisance disappeared. I asked Mona to attack the stubborn knots in my traps, and wow... she ironed those things out really well!!!! It wasn't exactly gentle, but that's how I like it!! By the end, I felt loose, relaxed, and about 10 pounds lighter from all the tension. Yes, they do step on you, but only after asking first, so don't panic!! Afterward, they served hot tea and rice crackers, which was the perfect little cooldown. And please, tip your massage therapist well!! They work hard, and making people forget life's chaos for an hour deserves some love!!! A few things I'd do differently next time: * They provide shared shorts and an open-back tank top. My microbiology brain couldn't stop thinking about it, so I'm bringing my own clothes next visit. * Hubby had a reaction to the massage oil/balm. Whether it was the product itself or possible cross-contamination, we'll just bring our own balm next time to play it safe. * No hot stones. Not a dealbreaker, but it would've been a nice bonus. For just $55 for a full hour of Thai massage, it's honestly hard to complain. Our regular spot in San Diego costs quite a bit more. Despite my little gripes, the massage itself was fantastic, and we'll definitely be back, this time armed with our OWN boxer shorts and massage balm!!!

Can be weird at times hearing clients in the next room - as the rooms are only separated by a thick curtain. If noise bothers you, bring ear plugs. Massage always ends with a cup of fresh tea and some crackers to enjoy.
