I used to think of myself of someone who didn´t have "good facial skin" and after going with Tiffany, people started giving me compliments about my skin, something that has never happened before. What I would definitely recommend if you decide to do the acne treatment would be: YOU HAVE TO TRUST HER. On my first appointment, just right after the treatment, my face was irritated and I was about to lose my hope because I didn´t see any improvement on that first appointment, but she explained to me that on the first sessions you won´t see any results because if you want a REAL change it doesn´t happen overnight and have to be very patient. She looked at me and said that I should just trust her. So, I choose to do so and she was right. Do not get demotivated if you don´t see changes on the first sessions, I swear it´s worth it. Tiffany´s job is deep so it takes longer but is REAL. FOLLOW EVERYTHING SHE SAYS: small habit changes, like changing your shampoo, showering at night, change your pillow sheets often and of course use the products she gives really make the difference. So if you are already paying and committing to do the treatment, those small things are actually a big part of the process. BE POSITIVE DURING THE SESSIONS: I know they are not relaxing and actually they can be painful, but honestly what helped me was just to think of how beautiful my skin was going to look after this intense treatment, and that mindset helped to tolerate those sessions. It´s not a facial where you go to chill and relax, is quite intense sometimes but is really really worth it. If you want a real change, it has to cost you something. No deep change happens overnight or without any effort, If you give Tiffany a try, really commit to it and your skin will change in an amazing way. When I explained what happened, she laughed and said, "That's why you shouldn't go to people who don't know what they're doing" -- but unfortunately, she didn't know what she was doing either. Despite constantly reassuring me that she would help fix it, her methods only caused more damage. She told me not to wash my face with water and instead had me clean it using an eye saline solution meant for contact lenses -- something completely unprofessional and unsafe. Every appointment was painful because she would aggressively pop everything on my face, leaving me with scars and severe skin damage. I trusted her, believing she had the expertise to help, but it became clear she had no real understanding of how to properly treat my skin. After enduring months of pain, emotional distress, and worsening skin, I finally had enough and went to a dermatologist -- something I should have done from the beginning. Anyway, the facial place is inside the Phenix Salon Suites (similar to Sola Salon Studio) its like a maze inside but hers isn't had to find. Basically a bunch of mini sized individual salons/facial places inside a small building. Hers was especially inviting. The ambiance was nice and the bedding looked super soft....it actually was super soft and cozy. We briefly went over the first time customer questionnaire and service offerings~I ended up getting the deep cleansing facial for $100 but was ok adding on an aqua facial for $10 (she felt I didn't need it so talked me out of it). Her pricing was decent~no frills at all and she seems honest~not the type that upsells you. Facial started with some salicylic acid application and exfoliation stuff...facial massages...extractions which she does purely by hand (I was super impressed with how good she was) and some other random stuff. Had some random talks with her during the facial and discovered we both like food and we're similar in age...so it was another plus. I must've dozed off at some point bc when it ended I was NOT READY to leave that cozy bedding......at the very end, I got a cup of hot quince tea which tied everything nicely together.
