A small slice at a time plus a little veggie forkful was all it took to have this 5-star taste experience. Add tasty grilled shrimp to palate next. The ambience was great although I think I am starting to get too old for the volume of music at amazing joints like this. I should know better coz it's a sports bar. But I'm fine nonetheless. I heard that their signature Margherita pizza is the star of the show. I should have that next year when I come back to Gonzales. Kayleigh, my server, was top notch. Very fresh / clean with a great collection of mid century style furnishings that also help with sound baffling. There is a bar and we were allowed to BYOB for this private event. I'm looking forward to seeing what this place becomes. It's surely a very unique gem in this region and I don't know of any other creative spaces that are like this.
