My furniture had so many scratches and dense even a heavy duty metal garage shelf was bent in half. Nothing was shrink wrapped, nothing was padded. The whole entire thing was a disaster, including moving my heavy adjustable bed frame and mattress upstairs and leaving them lying against the wall for me to set up.
