They have some nice cars, but the issue is they do a bait an switch. What they show you online is not what they are willing to sell you. They want to charge you separately for wheels and tires to go with the car. Literally the wheels that come with the M-sport option for the car I was interest in were an extra charge or $2500 and they wouldn't sell it to me without the extra charge for the wheels. I bought a 2019 BMW 540 from this place on 12/21/22. The vehicle was in showroom condition inside and out. It looked like it was a 2023 vehicle. The vehicle had absolutely no dings scratches or anything wrong with the interior. You can tell that they pick quality cars to transform and add to them (M Performance). The car was on the higher end of same model cars, but the many extras definitely makes it one of a kind and no other looked the same. Yes, the rims (new rims and tires) on the car are extra but the price was well worth it and they were up front about it from the first phone call. They did offer the stock used rims and tires that were originally on the vehicle at the asking price. Price was negotiable (car and rims) and I got the vehicle at my price and my terms. If and when I buy another BMW it will be from them. Fidel was excellent, non pushy and worked with me on everything. This is a pure scam operation. When I went there I met with one person who claimed this was a exclusive BMW dealership. I don't know why they say that because nobody knows who they are. They only sell BMWs and they seem to act like they own BMW rights. They advertised a BMW 6 series for certain price but when I went in there it had these nice wheels on there but you had to pay extra for the wheels. I don't think it's appropriate for a company that do that and it's actually false deceptive advertising. avoid this dealership because you don't know what you're getting when you come to the dealership. They buy cars like everyone else. Their advertising was marketed via the internet with premium, fancy expensive wheels, but when I reported to the showroom, the car was completely different. Rims were exchanged and the dealership claimed to advertise them as an upgrade option for appx 2k. I consider this false advertisement or deceptive marketing and definitely not an effective way to convince consumers to visit the dealership. They did this in the 1960s but the bait and switch is the time of the past. I wanted to test drive the car and he said I'm the only one here so if you're only serious you could test drive it. This business has bait and switch marketing and false advertisement. They listed a BMW X4 for sale at a certain price pictured with upgraded rims. When I called to see the vehicle, the sales man on the phone advised to buy the car as pictured it would have been $2500 more than advertised. I then told him he could remove the rims as I was not interested in them nor the $2500 upgrade charge. He said that is the only way they would sell it and I had to buy the rims if I wanted the car. That sir is false advertisement!! In addition, I continued to follow the vehicle and was astounded that it was still for sale 2 months later, so I once again inquired to purchase and he advised it was sold but I could come in to look at something else. The price for the rims and tires was fair so I purchased the vehicle with these. The buying process was smooth and not overly burdensome as in some dealerships. They also provided two keys which, for a used vehicle is not always the case.
