He said he would see if they had my previous floors in stock and if not would explore options for me and follow up with me. That was in June and I haven't heard anything back. Ordering was fairly straightforward and they were transparent about delivery times & scheduling the install. No upsells or weird sales tactics - just materials & labor at a straightforward price. Installation was superb. Frank(?) and his sons came to install most of it, and we were especially thankful they were thorough with eliminating squeaks in the underlying floorboards (when they could). The overall quality of the job was great. At no extra charge to us, they replaced the noses of our stairs since they found them a bit weak & squeaky once they took the old carpet off. Happy with the Mohawk SmartCushion underlayment as well - I don't think we had a choice here but feeling it now with our Fabrica carpet, it's great. I knew I wanted some kind of flooring in my new home garage. From the past I had Race deck that…read morelooked good but wasn't functional. If you jacked up a car the floor would have an indentation in it. You could leave it or replace that tile. I was done with that and was looking to have epoxy done this time around. I had another price quote fr another contractor. They told me 48 to 72 hours before I could put anything in the garage after it was emptied and the coating was applied. I asked some questions but they never got back to me. So I called Prestine. I was set up with Jeff on an initial consultation where he explained the process in detail. O like what I was told and ask how long would I have to be scheduled. I needed time to clear up items that were on the garage floor. Once I got that completed I called Jeff to schedule my install. The entire process was smooth up until the install date. The crew for the install was 30 late. I asked what was going on and was told they were getting more supplies,. Just as soon as they arrived they began the process. And Oh what a result and transformation!!!! I like what I see!!!! See for yourself.
