We had our own floors picked out not through them (vinyl waterproof wood flooring), and after they inspected it to make sure it was good material to work with, they agreed to work with us! Our home had a water disaster in the living room area, so we had to replace our flooring. Dario with KWest came to us recommended by a friend. Dario was able to come and get the measurements and all the requirements for the job right away. Dario had many choices for product, we decided to go with 12.3 mm Eternity Distressed Exotic Collection laminate cherry wood floor, which turned out beautiful. He also had professional and creative input regarding another area in our house that had old carpet. Initially, we wanted to replace the carpet, but with Dario's recommendation and competitive quote we decided to do laminate hard wood floors to match the rest of the house. The area itself where the installation was to take place was a bit challenging, but Dario and his team had a create workaround solution and delivered exceptional results. Whoa, geez it's tough finding quality and respectable contractors! My wife and I recently bought a home with some work to be done. We had a couple quotes and chose Dario based off his products at his store, price, communication, and he was not pushy. We decided to have laminate wood floor to replace the carpet downstairs and carpet upstairs. His team came in on a Monday and knocked out the laminate wood floors in a day. The carpet did not come in until Wednesday, and one of his guys knocked it out in a day. That's efficiency. I found a post on Offerup for a flooring sale Kwest was having. Dario contacted me back right away and offered to open the shop on a weekend to show me flooring. I brought in my piece in from the big box store I was trying to match. Of course, it wasn't the flooring option that was on sale. However, Dario worked with me. We found a very similar match and I placed the order. After shipping fees, cost was about the same, but I'd rather support small businesses than the big box stores. I had to go pick up at another location which is fine, with no pressure to pick up right away. Make sure you get the actual ticket number, otherwise you will not be able to take the flooring with you. That location has anything you might ever need to DIY flooring. They guys were friendly and loaded the pallet into my truck no problem. Overall great customer service for purchase and pick up. These guys are outstanding. We had to rebuild our sunroom from scratch after extensive flooding. We saw the excellent reviews for Kwest on-line, so we decided to go into the store and pick out new carpet for the room. Our sunroom is used as a playroom for our young children, so Dario suggested a vinyl floor that looks just like laminate for about the same price as the stain resistant carpet we were looking at. After about 2 months of kids spilling things, crayons, markers, and Play-doh and I am very glad I listened to Dario. The floor looks great and is extremely durable and easy to maintain. I wasn't sure my subfloor could accommodate a hard floor surface, so Dario came out to my house the same day to make sure the vinyl floors would work. On the day of installation they added brand new baseboards to complete the look of the floor. The installers were very friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job. We needed to replace the flooring of the whole house 1969 (2200 sqf) before we moved in and we got quotes from 3 places. A big chain company gave us the cheapest quote, but we're glad we chose Dario because: 1. They are fast. We gave our down payment Saturday morning, and that afternoon he had people ripping out the old carpet already. They got the whole flooring (carpet, laminate & vinyl) done by Wednesday, which is 2 days ahead of our move-in schedule and gave us enough time to move our small stuff into the house. 2. While replacing our upstairs bathroom, he found some rotten area around the toilet. Dario took out the rotten piece, replaced the top layer plywood, and put down the new vinyl at the same day he finished the laminate flooring area. He even charged us a lot cheaper than what his friend, the carpenter, was going to charge. 3. During our walk thru, I noticed a couple things that need to be fixed, he came back the following week to fix them. One thing to keep in mind: if you want smooth looking laminate instead of distressed look (bumpy lines) you need to mention that upfront. He brought his son few times to help him. He's a hardworking family man and we trust him right away. We're glad to support local business like Kwest that gave us great result in the small time frame that we had. read more

I am a property manager and deal with many companies for my rental repairs. I needed a flooring company so I called several compaines and Kwest Flooring was one of them for an estimate. Dario came out to measure and talk to me about the different choices I had for flooring. He was very knowledgable and had suggestions since this was for a rental and I needed to get the work done on a budget. Some of the companies I called never sent an estimate or tried doing an up sell after they got my flooring measurements. I received the estimate from Dario by the next morning. I even went to Dario's shop to look at all the different samples he had and since I had to do some changes upon my owners request Dario was very quick to adjust the estimate and had the new estimate back to me as soon as possible. Kwest pricing came in at the middle range from my other 3 estimates, but Dario's customer service was way superior above the other companies so I went with Kwest. The showed up when they said they would and Leo the installer was very careful when removing the carpet because I had fresh paint throughout my rental. Leo did a great job installing the new berber carpet and new laminate wood flooring in the kitchen. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The place looks awesome! I would recommend Kwest Flooring to anyone considering them for their flooring needs. I will be using them for all my future rental flooring replacements. I would give them 10 stars if possible! We used Kwest to replace carpet with laminate flooring, they had a really nice dark laminate color in 12mm that we went with, Dario was able to complete the job in a little over a day and the workmanship was fantastic and the place looks great. Dario and team took care of leveleling the low spots and grinding the high spots and the laminate looks very level and flat throughout the surface, we only had to pay for a couple of bags of leveling material (less than 50 bucks), and he provided pictures of work throughout the process. Dario also left all extra materials for future use, and even completed an extra hall closet for free with the extra materials. Overall a great expereince, material was great, workmanship was great, and price was great. We also used him for installation of floor molding, again the quality of work was fantastic, molding was very modern looking and the contrast of white trim against dark flooring looked really good. read more
