I typically get a spot or two from traveling (especially since I went to three different places), but this didn't happen at all. My regular facialist (who I unfortunately couldn't squeeze an appointment in with in time) even said that he could tell I went to someone in between our sessions... oops! Eyebrow wax (15 minutes): super quick and shaped my eyebrows very well. I already have thick eyebrows and my stragglers are quite evident! Judy cleaned them up in under 15 minutes. The ambiance inside is very relaxing and K2 Beauty is definitely good at each of the treatments they offer! I'm happy with the results of each of the ones I booked. There has always been a history of CSI having had communication but recently it has gotten worse as they have implemented AI into their phone answering system. I mean if you couldn't reach anyone before, GOOD LUCK to you now. I was calling to reschedule my 3 month check in and called 3 different office probably 5 times each over the span of 2-3 days and FINALLY good heavens I reached someone just to be put on hold! I had already decided that due to such horrible communication and horrific front desk staff that my time here was over. I'll be moving on to a dermatology office that is better equipped. While I think the doctors and PA's here are great and my negative review (at least for me) is not a reflection of their care, the hassle of trying to reach someone helpful is really not worth going here. There's other doctors and PA's at other offices that do tremendously better. PS if you want to skip the AI agent say "transfer me" and it will automatically transfer you.

My appointment started at 3:00 PM, but the facial was finished around 3:50 PM. I asked my esthetician, Serena, why the service ended so early because I was expecting the full 90-minute experience. I was told that the service is based on what your skin needs rather than the scheduled time, and that I did not require many extractions. While I understand that every facial should be customized to the client's skin and that I did receive the LED light treatment, I was disappointed that the service ended after about 50 minutes when I had booked and paid for a facial advertised as 1 hour and 30 minutes. I did not receive a mask, and the facial massage felt extremely minimal. In my experience at other spas, when extractions or corrective treatments are not needed, the esthetician typically uses that time for a longer facial massage, additional mask time, scalp massage, hand and arm massage, neck and shoulder massage, or other relaxing treatments so that the appointment still feels complete and the client leaves feeling cared for and pampered. Instead, I left feeling as though I received less because I take good care of my skin. What was most frustrating was paying the full $140 price, plus a 15% tip, while receiving a significantly shortened service. Had I known that the appointment could be reduced by nearly 40 minutes depending on my skin condition, I would have appreciated that being clearly communicated before booking. Advice: If you have acne, congestion, or significant extraction needs, this service may be a good value for you. However, if you maintain your skin regularly and are looking for a relaxing 90-minute facial, self-care experience, or glow-up refresh, I would strongly recommend asking exactly what is included and how long your treatment is likely to last before booking or just go somewhere else.
