We ordered food from San Francisco Pizza for New Years Eve. We like ordering from here because it is a family business and we are always left highly satisfied each time we order. New Year's Eve was most likely a very busy night for them because we didn't enjoy some of the food that we had, especially the calamari that my brother ordered. It was bland and didn't really have much flavor. They filled the bottom of the container with lettuce and then put a few pieces of calamari on top (see pics attached.) We always order chicken wings from here also but this time, some of us enjoyed it and others said it wasn't the same as before. My family enjoyed the pizza. They love the crust that SF Pizza makes and always look forward to their pizza. I think they make some of the best pizzas in town. Their tiramisu was also very delicious and possibly one of the best we've had. I would still recommend this restaurant either way because of the great service and the wide selection of amazing food they have. We can't wait to order again! :) read more

When I originally was a regular customer (delivery) SF Pizza was a lifesaver, as I was recovering from cancer. However, a few years later, the quality and service went downhill. 1/2 trays of food were more like take-home boxes, and often items were omitted from my order. I found it frustrating and expensive. Just got my order for family returning from day trip to San Luis Obispo. They're a little late but the food arrived on time!! I'll update after we eat BUT THANK TOU TO SF PIZZA!! Just moved to the area so this is my first experience with this establishment So far may be my go too THANKS FINALLY family safely got here. I wanted to update my review because the carnival pizza was DELICIOUS!! Toddler (18 mod) loved her cheese pizza eating like the adults. I didn't get a chance for the garden salad but nephew said the salad was fresh not limpy and the balsamic dressing yummy. FIVE STARS and I will definitely be back hoping in person but the delivery fee is reasonable especially with traffic. read more

I order from them frequently - the food is great! Terrible customer service tonight (at 9:30). The person put me on hold for 10 mins. When I hung up and called back, the same person immediately picked up (which tells me that he either forgot or intentionally did it). He refused take my order for pickup, despite it being 9:40. I asked him what the problem was. He claimed that by the time I get there it would be 9:50, which is close to when they don't allow pickups. Hmmm...strange since I have ordered at later times before. I asked when they stop take-outs. He promptly responded 10pm, which is later than 9:50. Would like the owner to contact me and hopefully train their staff! Update (01/09/20): Editing the review and stars (from 1 to 3) based on the owner contacting me. As you can see she apologized and planned to take corrective action. I can respect that. I will try them them out again. And if the service improves, I will update the rating higher. read more

Before tonight, I genuinely believed that it was impossible to screw up pizza...I have never been more wrong. Little Caesars, Dominoes, and even DiGiorno are superior to the $30 Carnaval we got from this place. Our pizza was soggy, limp, and completely undercooked. It was the only pizza shop showing as open (which seemed improbable but whatever) so unless I am being manipulated that was a plus. I was given about an hour delivery time but it came much quicker than that (maybe about 30 minutes?) for a pizza and wings. Food arrived hot. All that probably deserves four stars. A star off for the pizza toppings, though. Seemed really salty. Another review mentions salty meats so I perhaps similar sentiment. Next time maybe I'll try a thin crust veggie to compare. read more

What a great find! I ordered food for our rowing team pasta pre race dinner. I found the restaurant online and decided to give them a call based on the photos that were posted on yelp. I spoke to Rosana on the phone for my catering order and she was very helpful and on top of everything. She helped me customize my menu , which was a big hit with all of our athletes. We ordered pasta w alfredo sauce and pasta with bolognese. In addition to the pasta we added a tray of broccoli and chicken picatta. I order pasta for the team throughout the year from restaurants all over California and out of state. I can honestly say San Francisco Pizza is one of the best pasta dinners we've had over the years. Both sauces tasted homemade and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The chicken was tender and moist with great flavor. The food was fresh and the ingredients were high quality. The portions were very generous. Everyone was able to eat as much as they wanted. Overall, everything about this experience was excellent. I wish Rosana and her husband continued success with their business. It was a pleasure to work with you and if our team comes to town next year I will definitely be calling you again. I always order pizza from this place through the delivery apps when I'm in the mood for pizza. They have a decent cheese for a good price on the deliver apps. Today I was at the grocery store and decided to walk in. The person making the pizzas did not initially have on a mask (which I didn't notice before placing my order). The person taking the orders kept his off his face but put it on when taking orders. By the time I left, the person making the pizzas eventually put on a mask. The pizza is good, but the staff not wearing a mask will make me think twice before ordering from here again. read more

We had a horrible evening trying to feed ourselves and our children. It had multiple meal ideas going right at the very last moment. We called in about 10 minutes before they stop taking orders. Updating to say the owner reached out to me to apologize that my orders haven't always been consistent and offered me a free pie for my inconvenience. I appreciate the owners going out of their way to make sure they addressed the issue. They also noted on my account that I want thin crust pies. Hopefully this will resolve the issue. This was going to be my second time ordering from the place but I wouldn't know because they use the name Bella Pasta online for uber eats. I called to confirm that Bella pasta is this place and it was confirmed. The first time my order had issues but since it was over a year ago I was going to give it another shot. The fact that they are misrepresenting themselves online as Bella Pasta with uber eats with the same address is concerning to me. I hope they can get their online ordering information on uber eats updated so people truly know who they are ordering from. read more
