It came with a bowl of piping hot broth. The broth has a mild flavor with some fried onion bits, more like a regular Ramen broth versus Pho broth. It is quite salty, and not very greasy or unctuous. Not a lot of depth of flavor. We didn't want to drink it by itself and ended up throwing out about half of it. It is not spicy, but you can get a small tub of chili sauce on the side. I got the Combo B ($16), which is like a sampler platter with a tiny bit of noodles (2 types), a tub of hot broth, 2 meatball skewers, 1 fried won ton. Little one said the fried wonton was really good. The meatballs were definitely the star of the show. They were not too chewy, very tasty, and had a slightly spicy glaze. Hmmm...maybe there's an error on the menu, but it says I was supposed to get 3 meatball skewers?? The people working at this food truck were extremely nice and friendly. The food came out very quickly. They apparently run some promotions, so it would be a good idea to follow them on social media if you're looking for deals. There are new owner / operators and it appears that the store has been cleaned up and re-named Stop & Go. The exciting thing is what is going on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in front of the store. There is a POP-UP Taqueria in front of the Stop & Go. The food is fast, reasonable priced and tastes great.
