This came with fried wontons, fried tempeh and meatball skewer. The fried wontons were crispy and had a shrimp and herb stuffing, went well with the sweet and spicy chili sauce. Fried tempeh had batter on it, little pieces of cilantro (or some green) in batter. This went well with the sweet and spicy chili sauce. The meatball skewers had a sweet soy glaze on it, nothing too special but reminded me of an asian meatball with a sight chew/bounce to it. Overall, this was a good snack to have.

There were some photos, but it wasn't entirely intuitive which option to select. Little One got the kids' meal, noodle with soup, for $8. There are two kinds of noodles. One is more like a Ramen and the other one is more like a rice vermicelli. Little One said he liked the thick noodles better than the thin noodles. Both noodle types were okay, but not exceptional. It came with a bowl of piping hot broth. The broth has a mild flavor with some fried onion bits, more like a regular Ramen broth versus Pho broth. It is quite salty, and not very greasy or unctuous. Not a lot of depth of flavor. We didn't want to drink it by itself and ended up throwing out about half of it. It is not spicy, but you can get a small tub of chili sauce on the side. I got the Combo B ($16), which is like a sampler platter with a tiny bit of noodles (2 types), a tub of hot broth, 2 meatball skewers, 1 fried won ton. Little one said the fried wonton was really good. The meatballs were definitely the star of the show. They were not too chewy, very tasty, and had a slightly spicy glaze. Hmmm...maybe there's an error on the menu, but it says I was supposed to get 3 meatball skewers?? The people working at this food truck were extremely nice and friendly. The food came out very quickly. They apparently run some promotions, so it would be a good idea to follow them on social media if you're looking for deals. Overall, it seemed the grilled items were better than the noodle soups. The amount of food was not that much, but that is to be expected from food trucks. Be sure to check your order before leaving.
