I came in for a car inspection and the mechanic with a scar on his head, (he sounds mentally retarded) told me that I needed new windshield wipers in order to pass the inspection, then tells me that he has some wipers for sale at his shop. He charged me 40 dollars claiming that these were 50 dollars at walmart. I later find out that these specific wipers are actually 6 dollars at walmart https://www.walmart.com/ip/Michelin-High-Performance-Wiper-Blade/16767880 . I was extremely upset so I reported these guys to the better business bureau for the blatant ripoff. Awful scammers, they actually look like a bunch of gypsies, I will never come here again. read more

Had my water pump and brake pads replaced there. I must admit I was a bit skeptical about doing the water pump at a gas station, but I am very happy with the results. They had great customer service, were very helpful with my extended warranty and made all the necessary calls to the company themselves. I told them I would wait three moths until the warranty on their work expired to write a review just to be sure. Well it's been over 5 months and everything is in perfect working order. Not a reliable place to go to for services on cars. The owner is rude and has no respect for customers. I left my vehicle there to be serviced and it took them forever to get back to me on what was wrong with my vehicle. I eventually took my car to a reliable place that took care of me within a day. DO NOT TRUST these people! I should've listened to a mechanic who also received bad reviews from other customers who used to go to this Shell. read more

I had the most horrible experience here trying to get my inspection. The man failed my inspection due to my brakes grinding and my tint being too dark. Mind you it's peeling and purple so I don't know what they mean by dark?! PLUS I have gotten my inspection done there the three previous years and they passed me every single time with the same tint. 3 years ago it probably looked newer but right now not even close to it. Now my breaks was another story. I just had my brakes done 6 months ago so when he says that they're grinding I'm kind of shocked because I just had them done and I haven't had any issues. So I leave and I take it to my mechanic right away the one that did my brakes. I let him know the situation...so I PAY more $...he took off my brake pads did what he had to do to inspect it and there is nothing wrong with my pads. Then I take it to a second mechanic just to get a 2nd opinion and he says the same, my brakes are fine there's nothing to repair. I took pictures of all of them so I could show the other guy when I went back. When I drive my car I don't hear any grinding whatsoever. I know what grinding sounds like hence the reason why I had them replaced six months prior. When I go back I'm frustrated at this point. I tell him to look at the pictures... he tells me he doesn't want to look at the pictures because he wants to hear it! And I'm like hear it?! Look at the pictures my pads still look almost new I don't know why you're saying my brakes are bad. There is nothing for me to repair on my brakes. He was giving me attitude, yelling at me and disrespecting me with names! He saw me as a woman and just thought that I was stupid thinking he could get a brake job out of it! Do not trust this place they will try to scam you out of $. HORRIBLE experience and customer service!!!!! read more

Very good station I was here for an oil change for my 2012 mustang gt and I know what kind of oil my car takes and how much and what brands are the top of he line. the mechanic was very knowledgable he showed he cared about what I cared of how I took care of my car. If I could put no star on here I would. So I came in for an oil change today because there is a sign that says $16.95 most most cars up to 5qts. When asked the owner how much he would charge me for a 2009 Pathfinder he told me $32+ taxes. Wow that's almost double what the sign says. He told me it was because my truck takes more than 5 quarts. I told him no it doesn't it takes 5qts. Because I have changed it my self before. He then said I have to remove a pan to get to it I said there is no pan that has to be moved to access the oil plug. He then said well it's hard to jack up the truck. I said no it's not you have a pneumatic Jack and also a underground cage for changing oil. He then became very angry with me and told me I should do it myself or go somewhere else. He also began yelling at me in a foreign language and told him to get off his property. I told him I came here 3days ago and spoke to another man and he quoted me for oil change for a total price of $22 with tax included. I aslo said I want to speak the the manager and he said he was the owner. I asked him for a number to his superiors and said he is the owner. I asked for a number to shell corporate and he told me he is the owner not SHELL. Stay away from this crook. He aslo talks to women like trash because I am a woman. read more
