The employees are fairly good about answering questions and I never felt pressured to purchase anything while perusing their endless selection of tiles. The latter might have newcomers feeling a little overwhelmed with the process, but I appreciate the variety in colors and patterns. I also really love the real world setups for the bathroom and kitchen. Estimates will vary, but do a little comparison shopping to ensure the best price. I feel the prices are competitive but might be a little more than some other places. At the end of the day, quality matters a lot, and they certainly have no shortage of that. Big drama from manager because I wouldn't let him try a 3rd time. Sorry, I have a job. It's not to wait for Houston Hardwoods to do theirs. The 2nd table was beautiful. A real shame it was wrecked in delivery. For over $600 I can just get a walnut table online and without the drama.

My husband discovered the ReUSe Warehouse accidentally. He was going to the regular recycle drop off place and turned in too early. We pulled in and there are guys working there that told us where to back up to. They then came over and helped pull our cardboard and put it in the bin. Offloading all of that stuff is a HUGE help when you come with a lot. I am not sure how the whole ReUse of the stuff occurs but I hope it gets put to good use.

Also we have an antique wood chair that has spindle legs and cross pieces. One of the cross pieces which was a brace had split badly. They had matching wood and made a spindle replacement for it. Anytime I would pause at a door and examine it for more than a few seconds I would hear "Hello Ma'am! Anything I can help with?" With a genuine tone of wanting to help. Everyone is so friendly and eager to answer questions, help you find what you're looking for, give ideas, etc. what I liked the most is the zero pressure or sales vibe which helped me relax and make my decision. I bought all new pre hung doors for the house and was prepared to spend a few thousand but I saved so much compared to a Home Depot/Lowes buying here and the customer service here is top tier. They were out of a few doors that I needed but they assemble them there! So later this week I'll be back to pick them up all up at once. They don't deliver - so be sure you come with your trailer or they will recommend you someone that can help. Happy shopping!
