They were respectful of our home, kept everything tidy at the end of each day, and patched and painted the wall holes from the installation. They were also incredibly quiet and unobtrusive. Zencom was recommended by my security camera company to come in and replace the fiber so I could get my cameras back up and running. Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. In case you're not aware, Deep Sentinel will either sell you their wireless security cameras, their POE wired cameras, or may be able to use your existing camera system to monitor your property 24/7 with "Live Guards!" So, I contacted Deep Sentinel who have excellent customer service by the way, and asked them if they could work with my existing Reolink camera system. Since they have never tried Reolink cameras, they told me that they'd try to see if Reolink was compatible with their Deep Sentinel Hub & technology, but they could not guarantee that it would work. They then recommended that I work with their premier vendor named Avati Audio Visual. I originally contacted Drew who was very helpful and from then on I dealt with Dick Hall who turned out to be Amazing! Since I was Deep Sentinel's first customer to try working with Reolink cameras, Dick had his work cut out for him. It took months of installations, troubleshooting, out of the box problem solving, numerous talks with both Deep Sentinel techs, as well as Reolink techs, just to get all of my cameras working. That's what happens when you're the guinea pig for a camera that's never been tried before. Anyway, after months of Dick's determination and him not giving up on me, he finally got my Reolink camera's to successfully work with the Deep Sentinel system! He is definitely an asset to Avati Audio Visual, Deep Sentinel, and the tech / installation industry as a whole. He needs to be commended for all that he does and given a raise!
