The menu presented menu intriguing options for food and drinks, and being a large group we ordered most items on the brunch menu. We were all very impressed with the food, even some items which were unique but still very tasty such as the carrot cake pancake! Big kudos to the server who handled our table, as he did an admirable job, especially compared to some other restaurants that made mistakes around orders.

Larissa sent over toffee pull part monkey bread for us and it was so decadent and rich - everyone enjoyed it! Spicy bloody Mary's had a kick and the cookie that came with the coffees were so airy and light. What we ordered: - avocado bene croast- overall solid dish... liked the croissant and bacon but wish the egg was soft boiled or poached and not the well done it came in - breakfast pizza - so good and had a nice kick - breakfast club - good flavor combo - winemakers breakfast - chicken sausage were good and the fig jam was yummy - we ordered our side of hash browns fried hard and it was good but could have been left in more. These as leftovers in the air fryer were amazing! Would definitely come back to try other items and shout out to Larissa for setting a great vibe with great service

Mac cheese was awesome, the mash potatoes were good. Add some of that garlic butter to it and it's even better. desserts were very good but that toffee cake is amazing. Lobster risotto I can have a whole pot of that. The service was great, our waitress was on point very patient, and had some fun with us. The drinks were made perfect. Expressing martini was the best I've ever had. The inside is nicely done. Ambiance was very nice from when you walk in. The photos on the wall with all the winners was cool. Sat in front and was able to see how the chefs and cooks operate was nice as well. I would definitely come back. I highly recommend for a special occasion or date night.

We walked in with expectations higher than Gordon's blood pressure during a dinner service, and for the most part, we survived the gauntlet. The Hits & Misses * The Vibe: The ambiance was 10/10. Our waiter was so fast I'm convinced he's training for an Olympic sprint. Service was top-tier- no "shut it down!" moments here. * Oysters Rockefeller: These were... fine? If "okay at best" was a flavor profile, this was like "I'm here because I looked fancy." Wouldn't order again. * The Beef Wellington: The undisputed heavyweight champion. Absolute wow on a plate. It was so good I almost expected Gordon to burst through the kitchen doors just to tell me how beautiful it was. If this dish were a person, I'd let it borrow money. * The Mac & Cheese: Someone call 911 because a crime was committed. This was easily the worst thing I had all night. I've had better cheesy experiences from a cardboard box with a cartoon on it. It was a "No" from me, dawg. * Sticky Toffee Pudding: This dessert is essentially a culinary eraser. One bite and I completely forgot about the lackluster oysters and the tragic mac & cheese. It was so good it should probably be illegal in at least three states. The Verdict Look, we came here as Ramsay superfans ready to judge, and we left happy. Was it perfect? No. But with great company and a Wellington that could bring world peace, it was a fantastic experience.

Such a fun night out spot. Food wise, the oxtail mac and cheese was INSANE. Easily my favorite thing we ordered. The fried chicken was also so good and I honestly wish we ordered more. Cornbread was another favorite. I'm not really a collard greens person so they weren't for me, but everyone else loved them. The dessert had a little too much going on for my taste, but our waiter did warn us beforehand lol. Service was amazing. Our waiter was super attentive, gave honest recommendations, and made the experience even better. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to.

The music was great, putting the audience in a good mood, ready for an eventful Friday night. I was hoping to enjoy a meal, but I was highly disappointed. Let's get into the details: Apps: Oysters- I wasn't a huge fan of the Coco Passion mignonette; it had a subtle flavor and missed the brininess of the oyster. The house-made hot sauce definitely made it more flavorful, adding spice and acid. Also, why weren't they chilling on ice? Rating 3/5. Conch Fritters: Fried, fluffy, and tasty. It was also paired with a dipping sauce to add a little bit of twang and spice. Rating: 3.5/5 Entree's: Jerk NY Strip- I would never qualify that as a jerk sauce; there was no spice, it was more like a sweet chutney sauce that smothered the steak. The steak looked and tasted like it was boiled, with no sear. The rice was crunchy and a little undercooked. It reminded me of the scrapings from the bottom of a large pot of rice. The plantain needed to be cooked a bit longer; they were really firm. Rating: 1/5 Cornbread crusted snapper- The fish was fried well, but it was underseasoned. You could tell they didn't season the fish fry batter. A bit of salt sprinkled after the cook would go a long way. The beans were tender and also a bit underseasoned, but the dish was very light. Rating 3/5 Oxtail Mac and Cheese- That was more of a safer and tastier option, but I'm not sure why a lot of the sauces are so sweet. The mac and cheese was cheesy and creamy with tender, shredded bits of oxtail. Rating: 4/5 I would come back for drinks and live music, but I will definitely skip dinner.

Upon entering, you are immediately immersed into the dim lighting and impressive display of bottles available. We got there just when they opened and the bartenders were setting up. It was quite a selection. Staff were super friendly and went over the drink specials and food options. I had been wanting to stop by and when I heard about Miami Slice being part of their food menu it was just the final push I needed. I had a lager and my wife had a glass of white wine. Both were ice cold and the perfect combo with the Miami Slice pizzas. We ordered one of each pizza offering. They had the margherita, the pepperoni and the mushroom truffle. You can get them upgraded with the stracciatella for an additional charge. I did that with thr pepperoni. All the pizzas slices were really good. They were thin and crispy. It was my first time trying Miami Slice and I know there is a lot of hype. I would say the pepperoni was amazing. I loved the combination of pepperoni and the hot honey and adding the stracciatella just put it into another stratosphere. It was an easy 10 out of 10 on the pepperoni with the stracciatella. As for the mushroom and truffle slice and the margherita they were good but in my opinion not amazing. I would definitely come back to The Gibson Room. Wife also agreed. It's the perfect spot for a kidless date night to enjoy each other company and have some drinks in a intimate setting. And for that I highly recommend The Gibson Room.
