The staff working here on a Sunday night were not the most friendly, and on top of that - when I showed the lady working that I had a Yelp Check-in offer for a free drink with food purchase, she said she didn't know what it was and then didn't honor it. She made me feel dumb and wasn't nice about it at all. She was also on her phone often and didn't seem to care about anything.. The Pan Con Bistec isn't quite as tasty as the original location that uses butter for cooking the steak and onions. It is good though as they use mojo to cook it in. The selection is much larger in this location and they do accept credit cards which is an improvement. read more

The disclaimer...... this is a 4 to 5 star restaurant. The Pan Con Bistec was delicious and the fresh lime juice (limeade) was on point as well, and lastly the service wasn't bad either. Then why the 1 star, I'll explain and maybe the owner will read the review and make corrective measures. Upon my check in with Yelp, a free juice was to be given with an entree (see photo). I told my waitress Fatima and she said "I can't give you a free juice I can give you a soda" I thought she was kidding. Nevertheless I didn't get the free soda she mentioned and or my original juice I was offered with my yelp check in. Advice to the owner, please train your staff to honor your promotions.
