Very good selection of desserts plus drinks. The parking is pretty tight but they do have a dedicated lot. I always go to Sana Cafe and have been to a few different locations, but this was my first time at the Mission Blvd one. Honestly, I really enjoyed it and it definitely won't be my last time here! The staff was so nice, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They made us feel really comfortable and taken care of. We got the Yemeni tea, baklava, and rose cake, and everything was really good. The rose cake was especially delicious, and the Yemeni tea was perfect with the desserts. I also really liked the ambiance here it was cozy, clean, and had a really nice vibe. Overall, such a nice experience. I would definitely recommend the Mission Blvd location, especially if you're looking for a nice place to sit, have some tea, and enjoy dessert. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Beautiful coffee and tea place in Hayward. The ambience of the cafe is cozy and a great place to catch up with some friends over coffee, tea, and/or pastries. I see myself studying or bringing my computer to do some work. Although, it was quite warm inside, so my friend and I sat outside on the outside patio. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. You can order on a self order kiosk. I ordered an iced adeni chai. This was a refreshing and the spice is not overpowering. The chicken fatayer came out warm. The outside was crispy and the chicken filling was flavorful yet a little dry. A sauce would compliment this pastry well. This place is located on a main street but there is a small parking lot and some street parking. I will definitely come back to try more pasteurized and drinks! read more

Walked in at 7:40 am, there's just the employees and two customers who are already sitting with their food & drinks. I order with the girl in the front since it's my 1st time here. I order an Iced Biscoff Latte Decaf and a Biscoff Danish total without tip is $15.09 (I did tip btw lol). Customer service is a little cold, maybe she didn't want to be bothered and prefers for customers to order through the kiosk or mobile!? Not sure, I sit and wait for my order which takes maybe less than 5 minutes. I say my thank you's and no response lol (hope her day gets better). My latte lacks the taste of coffee, it's basically milk with a spoonful of Biscoff , every sip is just chunks of Biscoff! Review There weren't many options available, and unfortunately, the experience was not very pleasant. The individual who took our order appeared to be very young, possibly around 12 years old or younger. We ordered an item from the glass display, and he gave us a buzzer before leaving the establishment. What was frustrating was that he could have easily grabbed the item we ordered before leaving, rather than having us wait for it. Saw this on my friend's social media and wanted to check it out. Interior: beautiful golden trim layout with very nice decor. However, tables were a little dirty. Customer service: really nice gal at the front and told us about their soft opening. Food/drinks: Matcha latte, Yemeni Iced coffee (tastes just like horchata coffee), and chocolate baklava. Drinks were really good especially the Yemeni iced coffee. The matcha latte was decent but very sweet. Would definitely return for the Yemeni coffee. Desserts are a lot better than most Yemeni coffee shops I have tried around I love the Oreo cheesecake! The only thing is that the drinks always seem like they are missing flavor or taste too bland... This place is great and Hayward really needed this coffee spot. We get the Sana'a Latte and Yemeni Latte iced. There is plenty of seating inside and the pastries are A+. The service is good but as someone who frequents this place I can say that they don't do too well under pressure. Ive been here a couple times when something happens. Like systems going down or other issues. They are young and I can give them a pass and this comes with some type of customer service coaching.
