I was quoted one price and charged double when I got there. Plus they use the wrong size pipe for my truck.

Do Not go here! I took my dump truck yesterday to get the exhaust pipe welded due to a small hand size crack it had. The manager did not feel like welding it he just wanted to replace the entire exhaust pipe so he can make $$$ I know it's a business but you have to to care of your customers weather it's a small job or big job. He even had the audacity to tell me he doesn't weld aha Sanchez muffler & Welding shop... It was just a big waste of time there so I went down to Ralphs muffler shop in Fontana and they took care of it there, quick 15 minute job. Dishonest and has no integrity. The outside of the area is dirty and has trash lying all around. There is only one person working there so if someone else is getting work done you will have to wait. There is no waiting area so you'll probably have to wait in your car. Your better off going to sonora off of tokay and foothill blvd. UPDATE 11/2013 I went back to this place for warranty purposes. I went back here because my check light engine came on. My catalytic converter went bad after just 3 years(my cat came with a 5 years 50k mile warranty). They did not honor their own work. They said it's a new owner that took over but SAME NAME, SAME phone number, SAME EVERYTHING, but they will not honor it. I asked them it's the same everything why won't you honor it. You guys took over the business and didn't change anything and kept the business the same. It doesn't make sense. They said they can't do anything for me. All they can do is sell me a new catalytic converter. I told them NO THANKS......so you can say you guarantee all your work and give me a warranty than when I have problems you won't honor it again. YEAH RIGHT. fool me once but you won't fool me again. I had to spend two weeks contacting the manufacture, emailing, calling, etc for them to finally replace my catalytic converter at another shop now this mickey mouse place. It took so much time and effort trying to get my problem resolved. I recommend going to a reputable shop so you won't get the runaround like this place when you have warranty issues that need to be addressed. read more

The only reason its not five is because there is no waiting area and I have babies, Other than that fact - this place rocks! Its affordable and the mechanic there also give you tips on how not to mess up the catalyic converter again! there is a taco place next door to eat and wait ! I honestly loved this place! It sucks when there are mechanics out there that just take you for your hard earned money! Also a piece of advice try to negotiate labor cost! Because 180 for labor is crazy for only one hour wait. And the part was 100.00 which was just amazing! The car runs great! I'm very happy! I will return for any other services. read more
