My Admiral's Plate had numerous items on it but to me, it was very one-note. The breading seemed to be the same for all of the items and other than the scallops, everything pretty much tasted the same albeit with different textures. I would not order this dish again. Atmosphere wise, it was okay sitting upstairs on the deck. Only a few tables were occupied, one with a companion dog. Everyone was easygoing. The guy who delivered our food was friendly and courteous.

There are lots of interesting things to rest your eyes on while you hang out. I imagine most people who take advantage of this actually enjoy the outdoor area located adjacent to the hotel and the golf course. We had a meal, this location seems to share the same menu as the Sand Trap Pub which is upstairs and much larger. I've come to enjoy the vegan option of the Mystic burger. I also researched cocktails in Seaside Oregon and this was the spot that kept coming up. I entered and was immediately greeted by the barkeep. She was friendly and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. I chose the Moscow Mule since they are known for this yummy cocktail. It was made to perfection and even served in a legit hand hammered copper mug. I'd say the best Mule I've ever had. We talked about Wisconsin, cheese curds, ranch, the Packers, Lambeau Field and of course Seaside too. The barkeep even shared some photos. I can't wait to go back and watch the packer game here. This was one of the first dive bars I had been to where they had slots and that was a bit of a twist. I didn't roll the dice on them as the only thing I gamble on is once a year and that the horses at the Kentucky derby. Keeps my gambling in line and doesn't upset the in-laws too much. If I visit Seaside OR again, I will absolutely find myself back here for another delicious burger and friendly interaction.
