Iggy's was a great stop while visiting Seaside! We ordered the clam strips with fries and the fish and chips, and both were delicious. The clam strips were crispy, tender, and full of flavor without being greasy. The fries were hot, fresh, and the perfect side. The fish and chips were just as impressive--the fish was flaky with a light, crispy batter, and everything was served hot and fresh. The bread is to die for! The drinks were amazing and paired perfectly with the meal. Between the great food, refreshing drinks, and friendly atmosphere, we had a fantastic experience. We were staying nearby and Amadeus, the Desk Clerk, recommended eating at Iggy's next door. They had an open air deck that allowed dogs and also served food from Dooger's Seafood & Grill. My wife placed our order downstairs at the bar while the Princess and I went upstairs to wait. She came upstairs with a table-top number. Soon we had drinks and food delivered to our table. Both of our meals came with a simple green salad and a little cup of salad shrimp and a cup of 1000 Island Dressing on the side. We each also received a slice of Garlic Toast. Her Rib Eye Steak wasn't much to look at but she said that it was tender and tasty. The dog seemed to like what little she got of it. The Baked Potato was devoured in no time. My Admiral's Plate had numerous items on it but to me, it was very one-note. The breading seemed to be the same for all of the items and other than the scallops, everything pretty much tasted the same albeit with different textures. I would not order this dish again. Atmosphere wise, it was okay sitting upstairs on the deck. Only a few tables were occupied, one with a companion dog. Everyone was easygoing. Some down to seaside for corgi beach day and came across this place. The fish and chips was good but the Alfredo pasta was amazing! The service was okay had to bust our own table which I don't mind but didn't have clean water cups. Go try the Alfredo! read more

I'm sold on this spot thanks to its location just a bit off the main drag. It's not quite as chaotic as the more touristy joints on Broadway and with a more laid-back surfer vibe. If you're up for a climb, get on up to the upper covered balcony, where you get a pretty cool view of the town as well. When we walked in the bartender was slammed (happy hour, doncha know) but stayed cool and friendly throughout the ordering process. Iggys is a great family friendly, dog friendly, seafood spot in Seaside. We stopped here after a day at the beach before we got on the road for 2 hours and we are so glad we did. Their clam chowder is SOO good - I regret only getting it as a side. Their shrimp sandwich was good too, and those fries were phenomenal. read more

A bartender with a hat would refuse to serve me a michelada and I get it if someone doesn't want to make me a beer but he insulted me and my order and at the end he started to be apologetic but he really ruined my mood and I haven't done anything at all :(. Iggy's has the best happy hour bar none. It's wonderful atmosphere is great for people with kids and dogs. You can sit outside by the fire or anywhere in the cool restaurant. We have had the burger, the oysters, Ahi, tuna and chicken strips everything delicious at a bargain!! They use great liquors for their well drinks and they are only five dollars at happy hour. read more

Great bar with a nice open rooftop, lots of food options which are delivered over from the next door restaurant Doogers. Large cocktail list and a good selection of draft beers. The only thing I'll note is that on the rooftop, the music is REALLY loud compared to downstairs. I think they just need to better balance the sound system so upstairs isn't blaring in everyone's ears...difficult to have conversations upstairs so we moved back downstairs. read more

Four of us visited yesterday 6/4/25. We didn't really feel welcome. At first, the bartender was nice but then he wasn't. I even had another female bartender walk by and make a snippy comment when I asked the male bartender if they had a koozie behind the bar for my friend's beer bottle. She asked "Do most bars have that?" in response. The answer is yes, some bars do have a koozie behind the bar for peoples' beer bottles. We literally got kicked out at 9:30pm because they were going to "have a meeting" in Iggy's. The drinks were good but they were very expensive. There were 2 bathrooms. Neither had soap to wash your hands. One bathroom my friend said you had to struggle to get the toilet paper out. read more

This place is our go to in town. Been here several times. The atmosphere is amazing. The food is generally good. Clam chowder is not my favorite as I love a thick hearty clam chowder, this is mostly watery. Drinks are good. However the service yesterday was over the top amazing. We had a club sandwich. Kids had grilled cheese and hamburger. The guy working. I missed his name was honestly some of the best service I've ever had. He said 2 times. I love my job. And boy does it show. It was fast service. He was a great conversationalist. We asked where the best pizza was in town for later and he was terrific at recommending. Food was good. It's always decent. (Except chowder). Dope spot, it was popping with quite a bit of people. Went in on the recommendation of the hotel that they share the same parking lot with. Kids allowed until 9pm. They have a kids menu, we didn't ask for it but they had a grilled cheese and fries. Lots of bowls for dogs outside, which is primarily why we ended up here -- needing outdoor space to eat with the pup. Great place, great people, great vibe! This is the new spot in town. Owner was out mingling. He was nice, respectful, courteous, and personable. I tried their raspberry lemon drop which was delicious. They have a Scandal Val shots that are sweet and go down smooth. I had the infused tequila with pineapple juice and it was the perfect sweet and spicy. Calamari and prawns were scrumptious. Stopped by here a couple times and had a great time! This place is bomb. We were walking down Main Street looking for some food and football. Saw this cool little place that had no yelp love but we said "screw it let's try it". First and foremost place is rad. Love the aesthetics with inside outside seating. Pet friendly and a full bar with a bar tender that actually makes good drinks and she was very nice. Now on to the food. Simple seafood and grill style, my wife and kids loved the halibut fish and chips, the burger was big and good. Four of us came for lunch, and we were all happy with our meals. The clam chowder is excellent, there are lots of clams in it, as well as small bits of potato and onion, and the flavor is wonderful too. I got calamari sautéed Cajun-style, it was delicious and the calamari pieces were tender. My cousin got pan-seared scallops and those were also tender and flavorful. All around great food, atmosphere and service. Also they have a beautiful mural of sea lions, salmon and jellyfish, I really appreciate seeing beautiful artwork while dining. The single server working was totally on the ball, every table was spotless and she even came around and took orders when she could, even though you're supposed to order at the bar. We have been here with 3 servers working a few days ago and not nearly as clean or prompt. Highly recommend the $12 HH oyster plate it is delicious and a steal.
