We got some time there before all the crowds arrived: after our first hour there, it started to get busy. I will say: this is borderline for 4yos. He was quite scared of how big the slides were so we didn't ride them until the second half of our time. You know your child best: if you think they might be scared, this probably isn't a good fit! The slides are REALLY tall - lots of stairs so be prepared! You have to buy the grippy socks they sell, you have to slide down face first on your stomach alone. Important to note that you won't be able to slide *with* your child if they're scared. I learned that if you as the adult aren't riding the slides, you don't have to buy a pass. That would make a huge difference and we'll skip the adult ticket next time! They have some stuff for kids under 4: a play area mainly. But again, better for older kids. Love the color selection and examples, I wished I had more time to spend on my piece but that's because I came less than 1.5hr from closing. So I would recommend more time vs less, they don't rush you and if you don't finish before closing they did offer that we could come back and finish painting. They did have some problems with their card reader but easy enough to manually entering in the card number but something to keep in mind if you're used to just tap to pay! I'm excited to pick up my piece but it's a fun activity for a date night, hangout, or even just independent time! If you like painting, would recommend!

The house was actually a well decorated maze, so it was a puzzle trying to figure out where to go. The actors cannot touch you, but there was a good amount of jump scares. We ended up taking 20-25 minutes to go through the maze. There were also a couple photo opportunities inside. We exited into a gift shop and went to the bar which had a drag show (i think this was a special and isn't a regular occurrence, so it was a nice surprise). i also love that there were lots of photo ops outside. I didn't pay for my tickets and $40 sounds a little steep but it was fun, and I'm seeing some discounts available for specific dates and MEA weekend, so I would say it's worth it if you find a discount day!

If you're throwing an 80s party and need a game, this is your go-to spot. Trust me. They have it ALL. If there was a game made, they've got one. More impressively, they have the old-school vintage photo booths -- you know the ones that use all the chemicals etc. The upside of this is that the photos will actually last -- unlike the ones that are digital (they fade) So, if you want to add a special something to your event or wedding, you ought to try hear. I liked that several of them related to the Main exhibit that is taking place there right now. They worked with Du Nord spirits to come up with four signature cocktails. We tried two of the four they were both excellent and the rest looked fantastic. They also had four signature mock tails. The food curated for the event also looked great but we made the mistake of eating before we went. The mood was festive and there were people of all ages from 21 on up there. I went with just one friend. I think it could've been even more fun if we brought a crew but either way I think it is an extraordinary sFriday night out with just a special someone or friends.
