Sometimes reviews are so mixed, you don't know what you are going to get. Chris is definitely a 5-star review. We had a pretty significant water leak and needed sheetrock, texturing, and painting. He was very responsive and came by the next day. I, admittedly, don't know much about home repairs, but the quote was a lot less than I expected. While he was here we asked if he would be up for a couple other jobs (painting a bedroom and a bathroom) and he did all of it at the same time! He had a guy with him, and I feel terrible that I didn't get his name, but they not only took care of everything, they cleaned up EVERYTHING before they left. I needed hinges replaced and a swing gate put together and hired Chris. Very polite and nice guy to work with. He is hard working and on time he texts you if time is different. Efficient and works till job is done. The hinges we had are very rare and he made several trips to the home depot to find them then we found out there are custom made since they are adjustable hinges. These hinges are 50 dollars each and we needed 17 of them ouch. So these handyman told us we can find them on line. We found them and happy. The doors are very heavy to replace the hinges and the door draft stoppers needs to be replaced as well. Sanders put our swing gate together and work for hours. I received the quote via email; I ok'd the quote in email (in fact I also ok'd a second quote as well because Chris said the 1st quote was too low). After that...nothing.
