There were so many dishes and drinks to choose from. I stuck to my typical iced Americano, which was bold and fresh and a great start to the meal. My father and I both chose the Tulum sandwich. I'm not someone who enjoys sweet breakfast, so I'm glad that sandwiches were available. The sandwich was absolutely full of textures and colors. The flavors went well together, but both my father and I felt like it lacked a little bit of heat. I asked for Tajin, because I thought that it would be a really good addition of sourness and spice, but unfortunately, Tajin was not available. The selection of hot sauces, on the other hand, was fantastic, and both my father and I slathered our sandwiches in hot sauce. The service was fantastic. For such a busy day like Father's Day, our server was on her toes from beginning to end, tending to a number of booths, but making us feel like we were her top priority throughout our experience. If you know what a real Belgian waffle is, you would be disappointed as well getting a regular waffle that's just fluffier than normal. I dislike when restaurants do this - these are not Belgian waffles. The only redeeming quality is that they serve the dish with strawberry butter. Sounds weird but the taste was excellent.
