Amazingly good. You get what you pay for. The good is fast, the shakes are delicious, and the helpings are big. The double jumbo cheeseburger was delicious. Choose tots or fries. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. They also have tiny cubed ice, my favorite.

Jalapeño burger was surprisingly good. Chili burger was just meh. Recommend to sit outside as inside was super Smokey

I like to spend my money locally, and with small businesses in town. I went to Sandi's tonight and got 2 double cheeseburgers and an order of onion rings. For some reason they decided to put the onion rings in the bag sideways. After the very short drive home, I picked up the bag to go inside, and there was a massive amount of oil from the onion rings soaked into the fabric of my passenger seat. There was also a paper towel placed on the bottom of the onion ring tray, which means they knew they were extremely oily. Now I have a large grease spot in my car that I will have to try and get cleaned off the fabric. Not happy.

Sandi's Drive Inn was really fast. The food was good. I really enjoyed my tater tots. I'll definitely do a double patty next time.

    Super chicken sandwich

The food was very good. Vibes as always are like ur catapulted back to the 60s. Service was very good, got our food within 10 minutes of ordering. Can't wait to come back here!

Very friendly staff and good burgers. This place was recommended to me because of their GF buns. Happy that they offer that option.

Great grub after a huge bike ride in Richfield! Great service for a good price. Burgers and fries were both amazing with their house sauce.

We also had two dogs in tow, so we needed something with outdoor seating. Bingo! This had picnic tables outside and even one in the shade. The lovely lady running the cashier was incredibly hospitable, bringing us dishes of water for the dogs and checking with us frequently. We felt very welcome and attended to. The food was pretty good, although not the most amazing barbecue I've ever had. The meat was tender and the sauces were flavorful, but the fries were overly peppered and the beans were a bit bland. However, it still satisfied our hunger so we could get on the road and continue our journey.

The menu seemed kind of limited however, we had two meat and pulled pork Mac and cheese dinners. I had the pulled pork and Jalapeño sausage and I tried all of the sauce options. The traditional red bbq sauces were very good but I really liked the Jalapeño sauce. It went good on both my sausage and pulled pork. My wife had the pulled pork Mac and Cheese and it was very tasty as well. I can say that first hand as I helped her finish it ( with the addition of some jalapeño sauce). We all enjoyed our meal and would eat here again if we were in the area.

We are a little hoity-toity though: For my tri-tip 10 oz., it came out nicely spiced, medium rare as specified, but cut with the grain, not across it (which would have made it much more tender). No char / Maillard reaction on the outside. My spouse ordered blackened salmon, which again was spiced fine, but was not blackened at all. She also had a glass of "Merlot" wine, which was red, and had traces of alcohol in it. We arrived on July 24th, Utah's Founder's Day. The place was packed but we were seated right away by the hostess who had a sense of humor - nice!

Since they are a franchise they are not identical, and each one seems to play off the local identity and try to have decor that aligns with the area as well as the bear themed stuff. They have a small gift area, not overwhelming but a few branded items and typical touristy stuff. It's cute and seems to be well made stuff. Food - Oh yea, there's food! They have a really extensive menu and breakfast is served all day. My only regret is I love tri-tip and they have it on the menu but each time I was at a Black Bear they had run out. Admittedly we had arrived very late and I'll assume it's both good and popular since all three had run out. It's worth noting that for breakfast, they have real link sausage as well as other options and the sausage is nothing that grocery store skinless junk most places serve today. I was glad to see they had good quality thick bacon as well as several sausage choices for breakfast.

I told her it was a first date and I was aiming to make it count. She didn't hide behind policy; she leaned in and helped me anyway. She went the extra mile and noted a table near the fireplace. That kind of touch means something. It's rare to find someone who helps set the stage for your evening before you even walk through the door. Laynee, you made a cowboy believe in smooth first dates again. If the steaks and service inside match the care you showed on that call, Steve's is doing things right... and I just might have a shot at that second date. Thank you.

The adult plate for the steak ends turned out to be as small as the kid's serving. We ordered "seasoned vegetables" as a side and it turns out that's just heated green beans probably from a can. The fruit side for the kids was also just canned mandarin wedges. The kicker is the entitlement to a 20% tip and the false claim that it was somehow a new mandated minimum, almost alluding or implying that it was a law or regulation. I tipped the 20% because I felt pressured to do so, which I regret. I usually tip 20% if service is good since I had friends and family in the restaurant service industry. But not being given an option and the entitlement mindset is off putting. Building is nice though...
