He explained the differences between mattresses and their pricing clearly, which made the decision easy. We purchased on Wednesday and had delivery by Friday of the same week. The delivery crew arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. They were exceptional--quick, professional, and had everything (including the setup of our new frame) done in less than 30 minutes. Don't pass this store up! Great deals, friendly staff, and excellent service. I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who's in the market for a new mattress.

So they had it delivered Monday Nov. 10th. which was inconvenience as we could not put together until weekend. When we did put it together on the 16th, we did not need box spring. We called Monday for a refund as they denied it. I don't understand that they can not refund when they totally screwed up getting it to us at the time they told us. We bought all our mattresses there, but no more. We will not buy there again if that is the way they run their business. Patrick was trying to help us, but Nicco was determined to refuse our refund. He seemingly kept trying to talk us out of what we were looking for. My wife who is mildly autistic and can't handle such a barrage of sensory input gave him the "talk to the hand" move a couple of times which finally caused him to shut down and tell her that he "hopes she has a better day". When I saw some foam pillows that looked nice and seemed soft, he said they were the ones he used. However, they didn't prove right for me at all, and they were unreturnable. Another salesman sold me a mattress which turned out to be just right. He took the time to explain a lot and be helpful. But I still need to find the right pillow.
