Everything was hung and bagged a bit nicer than other cleaners I've been. The owners were very nice to talk with and I got the feeling that they take pride in what they do. The most pleasant surprise was my headphones. I had checked the pockets on my wife's coats before bringing them in but had left a pair of headphones in the pocket of my jacket. Had they been ruined in the cleaning process it would have been completely my fault, but when I picked everything up, they were coiled and put clipped to the hanger with my coat. Little things like this, the good attitude of the owners and the attention to detail definitely make this a place I'll be using again and again.

However, whoever tried to fix them, cut into the pockets and resewed the waistband into the pockets. Not a good look. They charged me $25 per pair of sweatpants "to fix" equaling $75 to sew the waistband into the pocket. My $20 sweatpants turned into $45 sweatpants that I cannot wear X 3. Terrible

So the lady who spoke no English tried to help me. Now here is why you should not go here. I gave them another chance as they did a good job on the clothes. I dropped my clothes off and when I came to pick up the lady tells me that I gave them a ripped shirt. She shows my brand new shirt with a giant hole in it. She said I dropped it off that way. After telling her that was not the case she takes my card and charges me for the rest of my clothes (which is fine) but then tries to charge me for the damaged shirt as well!! When I told her that was not ok she got verbally abusive and said that if I don't pay she will call the police. I invited her to do so. I told her I would have Visa dispute it and that by refusing to give me my credit card back that she is breaking the law. The police came and she told them that I assaulted her and so on. THIS LADY IS VERY SHADY!!! The police basically told her she cannot charge me for the damaged shirt. I am a professional business person and have NEVER had an experience like this. It is too bad because they do know how to clean clothes. The problem is they will rip you off every chance they get and even call the police on their customers when they are actually over charging the customer. Again DO NOT GO HERE BBB has been notified and will be conducting an investigation. BEWARE they do not have any damage notices posted so if an item is damaged THEY CANNOT charge you for it.

Do not take your clothes here if you want them and you treated with respect…read more Have been taking my clothes to them for sometime for dry cleaning, where they have done an adequate but not exceptional job , but the last time a coat they cleaned came back with a rip in it that looks very much like a blade slash. This is an impeccable vintage piece that has sentimental meaning, and when I took the coat back into show them the rip and ask them to compensate me for it or have it repaired, I was told by the owner that she was sure they didn't do it, and she dismissed me immediately out of hand. Not a, "we will look into it", just an immediate dismissal, and the employee at the cash register was left to tell me that they would probably get back to me " within the week." Absolutely, terrible experience, terrible customer service, and clearly questionable ethics on the part of the owners. Not looking forward to taking them to Small Claims Court, but that's probably what is going to need to be done.
