Service quality may vary based on service provider. 4 out of 5 visits I received very good service. I had eyebrow threading, full facial and scalp massage. Their eyebrow threading is very good, they always ask if I like the end result and address everything I may not like. Their facial is ... depends on who does it. I've been here long enough to know who is good at which service :) if you end up getting Joti, she is good at everything. Sandy is really good at eyebrows but her facials are just relaxing but not what you may expect if you are going for deep cleaning and extraction. I don't mind just having relaxing facial/face massage so I love Sandy's facials. They recently increased their prices by $10-20 depending on the service. I personally don't think it's worth the current prices. If you are going for threading, I recommend it 5/5. Same for scalp massage. If you don't like the coconut oil, you can ask them to put less or not put it. Regardless it's amazing (Joti and Ashu are very good at it) But if you want a facial I'd recommend a different place where they specialize at facial treatments considering the price and the service. read more
