I came in a couple of months ago and ordered a drink with green olives in it. When it came, the Olives still had the pits and were disgusting. I told the waiter, and he stated that the manager had ordered the wrong Olives and wouldn't order new ones until they used the case because it would cost too much money. I waited a couple of months and just came back in and ordered the drink again. They apparently haven't gone through the Olives because they came like this. read more

We saw this restaurant on our way to Yellowstone and wanted to stop but had just eaten. So we decided to try it on our way home. The decor inside and out was very interesting. We ordered two Appetizers and they were large portions and delicious. We placed our order and when it was the delivered there was so much food we invited he the server to sit and eat with us. Our drinks were always full. We never had to ask for anything. Food was prepared exactly as we requested. When we asked for the bill the server asked if we would like our leftovers boxed and he would get us drinks to go. If we drive to Yellowstone again this will be one of our stops. read more

If you are in Casper, WY or passing through... and are hungry, you absolutely must go to Sanfords Grub & Rub! We were here for the night and wanted dinner before we checked into our hotel. Just as we were about to go to a drive through, we saw this place. So happy we did! Angie greeted us with a smile and a table. She was knowledgeable about the menu, made a few suggestions and took our order with great customer service even though we unknowingly had come in a few minutes before closing. The portions were shockingly large, and well displayed on trays. Beautiful food, and lots of fun nostalgic things that decorated the inside and out. We give Sanfords an A+! read more

We were seated quickly, maybe a 20 minute wait on a Saturday night. Our server was friendly. The food was excellent! We ordered 2 appetizers which we greatly enjoyed! We had already eaten a couple wings before I remembered to take a picture and they were perfect! There aren't a ton of options in Casper, especially late at night. We were tired from driving a very long day and ended up here. My husband ordered steak and seemed to like it. Massive menu! Huge portions plan on a to go box! Everything our group ordered was very good. Each meal came with a trinket that went with the theme of your food so that was cool. This small Wyoming chain restaurant has been a favorite of mine for over 20 years. From Humphreys before the addition was added to Sanfords in Downtown Casper every weekend when I lived in Casper. I tried to have lunch at the only one left in Casper by the mall and left due to being ignored and left standing at the front door for way to long. It wasn't busy, one employee walked by and just ignored us. I will not be going out of my way to eat here the next time I am traveling through Casper. If the woman I held the door for when I was coming inside was the manager you need to do a better job, there are many choices in this town and having customers walk away due to poor management does not help the businesses bottle line. read more

Delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait long to be seated. Our waiter was very friendly and gave us recommendations on the food. And it didn't take long to make the food. The decor was mixed with a car and cartoon theme. There were huge statues in front of the restaurant there was bugs bunny and Daffy Duck. There were also many dinosaurs and a shark that you could take pictures by. Inside there were little clown paratroopers and tons of car posters/signs. The food didn't take very long to be delivered. For the appetizers it was about a 10 minute wait. The main courses took about 20 minutes to be delivered. This restaurant is definitely kid friendly. They have a huge section of food on the kids menu. I would definitely recommend this place! The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. Passing through Casper on a road trip, looking for somewhere to stop for lunch, when my kids saw the giant Daffy Duck and Bugs Bunny statues outside Sanford's. It looked fun from the outside and the reviews weren't too bad, so we decided to give it a try. We were so glad we did! The inside is decorated with tons of interesting collectible items (we'd have to go several times if we wanted to see everything); the food portions are HUGE, tasty, and affordable; there are lots of fun and unusual alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; and the service was good (it wasn't crazy busy when we were there). Sanford's has to be the highlight of Wyoming in general. I always stop here to experiment with something on their menu. Tonight was gizzards (EXCELLENT) and the Liar Liar Triple Bypass. I'm pretty sure it is going to kill me but it's SOOOO good! All of their food has been great, huge portions and I recommend garlic parm fries. UPDATE- So the last 3 times having gone in, service has dropped so bad that I'm giving up.
