She helped me get out of my head, tune into my body, and better understand what I needed physically and emotionally. She is also just so calming to be around and truly cared about what brought me in. Being on the floor was different but was nice, other than not being able to put my head face down while breathing. But it was fine. My only complaint is that at couple of times it got a little cold. The flooring is tile too so having to step in the cold floor before and after the massage is not ideal. I'd recommend to either bring sandals with you or be prepared for the cold floor. I was also on the right side rooms and I could hear people talking. Before we started, she took the time to ask about my problem areas, pressure preference, and any discomfort I was feeling. That alone made me feel like I was in very good hands. Throughout the entire session, Amanda was attentive, professional, and incredibly skilled. Her technique was spot-on--firm where I needed deeper work and gentle where my body needed relaxation.
