Detroit was light and thick with excellent frico edge. Sauce was slightly sweet with nice flavor. Cheese was melted nicely with slight caramelization. The Figgie had fig jam, prosciutto, goat cheese, arugula and a balsamic drizzle! It was out of this world! I use figs and prosciutto on my pizza at home but never seen in at a restaurant. Highly recommend! Staff was attentive and answered questions about their Detroit style hydration. Apparently all dough is made daily in house each morning. Restaurant was large, but they had several areas blocked off. Only two available tables for dine in. Not sure if they had an event later that day or not. I really loved how easy the online ordering process was and being able to customize exactly what I wanted without feeling rushed. Our total was a little higher than $19.99 since I upgraded to personal pan dough for one pizza, thin crust for the other, and added extra cheese. The total came out to around $25. When I picked it up inside, it was fast and quick. They asked for my name, and the order came right out. The customer service was good, and the establishment looked really clean. It's got an olive oil and garlic base and includes different cheeses like ricotta and sheep's milk feta. I believe there are also tomatoes and onions on it as well. Since I couldn't eat meat, my boyfriend and I split a 12" pizza that was half veggie deluxe with a cauliflower crust and half meat deluxe. I usually stay away from cauliflower crust pizzas because they tend to be chalky and lack flavor, but this one was so so good. It was very flavorful and you can tell that they used real, fresh ingredients. Our food also didn't take long to come out but was hot and fresh when it did. We placed an online order at 2pm for an 8pm pickup since I was flying back and wanted everything timed properly. Around 5:30pm, my wife called to see if we could adjust pickup slightly earlier (~7:50pm), and they couldn't even find the order. After multiple holds spanning ~15mins on the phone, accusatory remarks of not placing the order at the right location, she was eventually told it would be ready at 8pm as scheduled and they could not accommodate the ~10min modification. No big deal, this was a Friday night, we get it. When she arrived right at 8pm, the order still wasn't ready, and staff seemed unsure what was going on. This was after we had already called to confirm it. Then we were told the system doesn't "trigger" the order until the scheduled time, which doesn't make much sense if you're offering timed pickups. In the end, the pizza didn't come out until about 30 minutes late for no clear reason. Really disappointing experience overall because the food itself was solid, but the breakdown in the ordering system and communication left a pretty sour impression.

The burgers had what looked like turkey bacon on it and we could tell the burger Pattie was pre formed shape meaning it was previously frozen not a fresh patted burger. So for 25.00 we got frozen hamburger Pattie and fries. Now we have learned our lesson no more chances.
