I don't know how this place has good reviews! He needs to retire. Ruined my expensive wigs and never offered reimbursement.

I have been looking for a place for over a year for my mother who is 88 yo with thinning hair. I spoke to Barbara over the phone and we discussed her needs and wants and sent her a picture of my mother and when we went for a consultation, she was knowledgeable, patient and picked similar wigs for her taste, she also measured her head and tried to give her the easiest ways to clip and tricks to put on a wig, she helped with the style and the coloring which matched her years. It took a week to come in and then Pasquale did his magic, trimming and styling and showing her the techniques for securing her wig. It was awesome, it gave my mother 40 years back and to my family that is priceless!!!! I recently decided to upgrade my look, and I am SO happy that I found Sanremo Hair Center! Barbara and Pasquale were recommended to me from another hair stylist who didn't have the options that fit my needs. I was looking for a nice topper to complete my look. Sanremo sure did deliver! Barbara was very knowledgeable and assertive regarding what she believed may or may not be in my best interest. She worked with me to color match and pick out a piece that was right for me. There was a lot of trust in the process, because the specific item had to be ordered. I just can't say enough about my experience at Sanremo. I have experienced alopecia for four years and never felt quite myself with the wigs I was wearing. Barbara and Pasquale put me at ease immediately. I really liked the first two options that Barbara presented and then she wanted me to try one more. I had serious doubts when she first showed it to me but agreed to try it on. OMG... it was perfect. It was the first time I actually felt like myself. Pasquale painstakingly worked to make it fit my head, cut a few new layers and feathered the bands perfectly. I found Sanremo Hair Center online. I went in for a consultation and I was very impressed with the owners, Pasquale and Barbara. They are very honest people, not pushy, or just out to make a sale. I went in with the expectation of buying a wig. Pasquale showed me the human hair system that is very natural looking. I decided to go with the system, rather than a wig. The color was matched to my own hair and it looks very natural. I've received so many compliments about my "new hair cut." I have more confidence when I am out at social functions or in business meeting, etc. They offer amazing service after the sale. Always available for questions. My mom and I went to Sanremo for a consultation for her. She was curious about how to fill in areas of hair loss that have always bothered her. Barbara is very  experienced and professional and knew exactly what she needed, and was able to order the recommended item which came in in three days. On our second visit Pasquale cut the hair in to my mom's natural hair with beautiful results. This husband and wife team works together with ease and professionalism.
