"This used dealership was REALLY great! I bought a used 04 CRV from here and it has passed with flying colors from my local mechanic, and i have loved driving it every second since. I know it is going to last me a LONG time, and it was very reasonably priced. As far as a used car dealership goes, I give this place 5 full stars. Sia is the saleman/owner that I spoke with- he sells great, legit cars with no funny business. I found him to be very personable and professional (I was even somewhat rude to the owner/salesman, Sia, and he was still extremely professional and personable to me the whole time- sorry Sia! I had just had a very unpleasant experience with another used dealer in San Diego who had tried to sell me a very sketchy car, i was not in the mood for games). Anyways, Sia showed me the car I was interested right away. He didnt try to bullshit me about looking at other cars or try to get me interested in other cars- I had been looking a long time for the CRV he had available and all i really cared about was if it was a good car with a good engine and no problems for a decent deal. And that's exactly what Sia does, he finds good solid cars that are in great shape and sells them at the reasonable price. Exactly what i was looking for. He allowed me to immediately take the car off the lot (without him) to an auto shop for an independent inspection (please, dont ever buy a used car without getting it inspected yourself!!). Everything checked out great, so i drove back to his lot to purchase the car. He was very quick and courteous about it, and it took less than 30 mins to sit down and do all the paperwork, pay and sign and walk out the door with my keys. (: I had my super talkative, rambunctious 4 yr old with me the entire time, so when we sat down to figure out pricing and paperwork Sia offered to put on a silly kids movie for my son- he was completely helpful and understanding of children, which just made the experience that much better. I did my own homework on used cars because when you are buying a used car, it is like Russian roulette; some are good and some are just not - that is just the facts. Before taking the long scenic drive to Santa Barbara I went to several dealers in the Ventura area to look for a car for my daughter and it was nothing but a waste of time, poor customer service and hidden fees. I was so happy to find the exact car I was looking for and no hidden fees. I did my own research and chose a 2013 Honda Fit - because they are known for reliability and few mechanical issues. Sia was prompt to return my calls, honest, polite and treated me with total respect - not to mention he lowered the price. This is exactly what you expect from a customer service perspective. I stopped in and he allowed me to test drive the truck for hours to see if it was really something I wanted. Sia is the best. My wife and I just purchased a 2004 Lincoln LS from him and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Sia was patient as we took a couple of hours to review the car and test drive the vehicle. He didn't even want my driver's license when we took the car for a test drive! Never once was there an indication of any pressure to purchase the vehicle. There were a couple of small issues with the car, which he took car of and even provided a few extra touches when we picked it up a couple of days later. These guys are crooks. SB Auto Connection and the other crooks at the Goleta business Freedom Motors. Cars are high mileage junk that have issues like odometer rollbacks, water damage and major repairs sometimes not reported to carfax. Once they have your money, you're screwed. Save yourself a LOT of aggravation and stay far away from these scumbags. ALL the positive comments are made by one of the partners or one of the employees.
